After that histy fit between the two cousins, we went back to class. After class is War Time as usual. The commander was there to give us the briefing.

"Because of Jenock and Harness' attack, along with Bandit's invasion..." He trailled. "While we reorganize our forces, we need you to devote yourselves to protect Rose City."

"Yes sir!" We all said simultaneously.

Wataru went up to Muraku. "Muraku-senpai. It's an honor to have the same mission as you today. May it go smoothly!"

Muraku smiled. "By protecting this land, we will secure Rossius' revival. Face this mission with care."

"Yes!" Wataru bowed at him and then ran over to us.

"Took you long enough." Nikolai stated.

"Good luck you two." I patted their backs and then went to my station.

I readied the craft carrier and as soon as Gunther and Moskau went in, I flew it over to Rose City. Now, our job is to keep guard. Mechanics don't do alot besides fixing up our comrades' LBXs. In War Time however, the only thing we could do is watch the battle and/or pick up LBXs that have break over.

Then our commander's voice is heard. "Attention all units! Bandit has appeared! Be on guard!"

Right at that moment, there was an explosion. When I scanned the area with the craft carrier's camera, I spot Wataru's Gunther on the ground. His rifle had just blown up. With the intel I'm getting from the command centre, I know that there are over 30 Bandit units. All of them started attacking. The only ones able to hold out in the end are the 6th platoon, Nikolai and Andrei Gregory. Wataru had a lot of trouble, even if Muraku had given him his sword, Belial Edge.

That's when I know, they're all going after Wataru. I streamed a line to Nikolai and he looked surprised to see me. "Nikolai! Protect Wataru. He's the one they're after!"

"You sure?" He asked with doubt.

"You think I'd lie when my little brother's in danger like this?" I said.

He narrowed his eyes. "Understood."

Moskau left and he became Wataru's escort, though even that wasn't enough.

I called in Wataru at the exact same time Muraku did. "Wataru. When you see the chance, take the ESCAPE stance." We said  coincidentally at the same time.

Neither of us minded it though after Wataru replied with a 'yes'.

"Be careful Wataru." I said. Then after recieving a nod, I cut off the line.

When Wataru intended to run away, under Mikhail and Vanessa's wish, one of the Bandit soldiers block his path and aimed it's weapon on him. Wataru swung the Belial Edge he borrowed from Muraku and started attacking, only to be dodged and be flung back by a kick. His Gunther was then stepped on over and over again.

Damn... One of the things I hate most about becoming a mechanic, is that you can't just go and protect the LBX with the craft carrier.

On the other side, Muraku's Gunther Yzelphar was getting destroyed by the leading Bandit member.

The one with Wataru, took the Belial Edge and stabbed Wataru's Gunther, causing it to break over. Then another LBX appeared out of the thin air.

That phantom appeared too back then, right? At the place with the gigantic wall? I wasn't here for very long, so I don't really know the names of Rossius' territory.
