"Alright what if we get a stick and dig around it?" Dan suggested.

For the last 3 hours we have been trying to think of a way to get Bob that stupid rock to come up from the ground. It wasn't thinking twice about moving an inch for us.

"You know I really was just kidding." Katie said for the millionth time today. I knew she's feeling bad about us wasting our day trying to get the rock to move but hey it's good exercise and well what would we be doing today if it wasn't for the rock. We're on an island for God sakes there is nothing to do other than look out and into the ocean and try not to pee on yourself.

Us guys looked at each other and smiled this in our mind wasn't about getting the girl or showing off for them, or anything like that it was a performance of dominance. A group of seven boys filled with testosterone.

"Oh God damn it." I moaned as I pushed it then slipped hurting my already hurt wrist.

"Are you ok?" Katie asked as she jumped up from her seat all worriedly like.

"Ah yeah." I told her trying to play it smoothly, trying not to show her that I really hurt myself. It was nothing bad like I need to go to the hospital it was more like holy shit I think I need to sit down before I end up in the hospital.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, yeah of course I'm peachy." I turned back to the boys and my eyes widen they all laughed at me.

"Dumbass." Thomas said as he picked up a stick and started digging.

"Oh now you take my idea."

"Shut up Dan before I shove this stick up your ass."

"No wonder you're single."

"So are you."

"You don't know that."

"Yeah I do."

"Oh yeah."

"Shut up you too before I beat the shit out of the both of you guys." Ellfie said making me laugh. I love knowing we get on the old man's nerves. When he gets in these moods his chest puffs out and the whiskers on his face starts mocking him.

I started holding back a laugh and I know I'm turning red from that.

"Shut up Hunter before I let Tommy Boy here shove that damn stick up your ass." his English accent made it almost unbearable not to laugh but I managed knowing his threat was filled with truth.

"Yes sir." I told him as I started rocking the rock back and forth.

"It's just Thomas.. AND PLEASE PLEASE ELLFIE LET ME DO IT PLEASE!"

"Shut up Thomas." we all told him.

I started pushing the rock to the left and the others looked at me smiling they excitedly dug and it was free from the years of being untouched.

"THANK YOU BOB!!" we all yelled as we high fived each other.

"Bob!" Katie yelled and she ran up to us. "Thank you, you guys are the best... I might not have left without him."

"Why did we dig it up then?" Thomas asked and I slapped him in the arm.

Brett and Shay stepped in between us before it actually turned into something more than a slap. "I love you guys." she hugged every single boy that helped but leaving Shay's hug a second longer than the rest. She turned to me grabbing me "Thank you so much Hunter you're the best." she whispered.

I could hear Dan start making whooping noises and she let go of me fixing her shirt. I hit Dan in the side rolling my eyes he laughed as he walked away. "VEGA!!!" he called and she stopped.
