" Okay good work Amanda"
"Carisi, Fin go see if Melinda can help us"
"On it, bye Girls"  Carisi and fin said as they headed towards the elevator
They grabbed their coats and hopped on to the elevator.
"Hey Rollins my office please?"
"My sweet little Rollins have a seat" she said when I got there
I shut the door and sat down. Liv then got up from her desk. She took the chair from the corner and pulled it up next to me.
"Now Rollins you know that you're like a daughter to me and I love you but I have to do this"
"what are you doing?"
"I have to ask you some questions
I paused before responding.
"Okay about what happened?"
"More like personal stuff"
"Okay go for it"
"First, how you holding up" Liv asked
I knew i had to be honest. She cared about me. I cared too about her and me. I sometimes wish she was my real mom.
I'm okay but I also want to say that "this isn't gonna affect my ability to do my job
"Well actually it is Amanda, I mean soon enough I'm gonna have to put you on desk duty. I know you're not happy about it but that's the most I can do to keep you working.
"Especially because of your situation and pregnancy"

At the mention of my baby, I subconsciously caressed my hand over my stomach. I didn't even realize that I was crying until Olivia put her hand to my cheek
"Earth to Rollins, hey why are you crying?"
"I'm okay just scared"
"Hey tell me why your scared"
"Everything"
"But what specifically?"
"Finding him"
"I promise I'll be there every step of the way to support and encourage you"
"Really Liv, you mean it?"
"I mean it now let's go see what Carisi and Fin found out"
I nodded my head and we headed out into the squad room
"What did You guys get?" Liv asked
"Well we found out that it was Oliver Patton who did that to Amanda his brother"
