About One hour later I came to. Very abruptly. My head hurt but I didn't remember why.
"I didn't go into labor, which reminds me where is my daughter?"

Just then Liv walked in. I breathed a sigh of relief when I saw a sleepy Hope and an even sleepier Noah in her arms

"Here you go my little Angel, let's settle you with your mama"

She handed me my daughter and smiled as she immediately fell into a deep slumber in my arms

"Olivia what happened to me?"
"You were hit on the head with a baseball bat"
"Oh okay"
"So we need to test your memory okay?"
"Sounds good"
"What's your daughters name?"
"Hope Olivia Rollins"
"Good one more"
"go ahead"

"How many weeks pregnant am I"

I could tell Liv was not expecting me to get it. I'm smart I got this.

"Let's see, Judging by the fact you showing... I'd say 12"
"Wow"
"Did I get it?"
"Spot on"
"Liv?"
"Ya Amanda?" She asked gently
"Who hit me and why?"
"I'll start with the fact that his name is Yarico Austin Barbell"

At the sound of that name I went pale.

"Amanda honey talk to me"

I didn't answer I was frozen in shock.

"Sweet little Amanda please talk" Liv cooed gently stroking my hand

"I know who that is" I stated blankly
"Who is it?" Liv asked me
"My fathers best friend" I could feel my chest tighten up

I sat up squeezing Liv's hand and clutched my chest. It was another panic attack. Olivia recognized the signs and put Noah and hope in the chair and bed.

"Alright Rollins, breathe" Liv said caressing my back

I started to hyperventilate and cry
"It's okay.."

I finally was able to breathe

"My father is after me and I don't know what he wants"

Just then the doctor came in.

"Detective Rollins?, you've been served"

Liv took the papers and opened them

"Oh Amanda"
"What?, what is it?"
"Jeffery M.L Rollins is suing you for custody of your "newborn daughter".
"What!!!?"
"He is also moving to rename her Geneveve Louisa Marie-Elle Rollins"
"Really?"
"Ya" Liv said with caution
"Can you please hand me MY daughter HOPE?"

Liv nodded and brought her over. I loved this baby. I will do anything for her.

"Hi little Lovebug" I cooed

"I will do everything just to be with you, auntie Liv, Noah, Frannie and your soon to be be born cousins"

Liv smiled at that and rubbed her belly as she felt her twins move around.

"I feel the same way Amanda. I love that you've let me help you and that I've become your surrogate mother."

I could feel my heart burst with Joy

We spent a little more time together before I was able to get discharged. I went home and my night was calm.

7:00 am Wednesday morning

Today was court day and I was keeping Hope.

"Hey Liv where you going?"
"I'm going to testify in your defense"

We walked out and soon we were in court

"So this is a case on custody of Ms. Hope Olivia Rollins born December 24th 2015 on a Thursday night at 10:35 pm" Judge linden stated reviewing the papers

"Your honor my client has insisted that we use Geneveve for the infant
"Objection Hope is the given name at birth!" Casey yelled
"Thank you Ms.Novak noted" Judge linden said
"We will use the bio name for the child"

Court went by a little bit slow until it was time for me to take the stand. For Hope. I got asked a few questions and those were all easy.

"Detective"
"Sorry what?" I zoned back in
"I asked how Hope was conceived"
"Rape but I don't love her any less"

I answered a few more questions and then we had a break. I walked outside to look for my little princess. Suddenly the elevator doors opened. There stood Nick, knee repaired with Hope!

"Nick?" I shouted running to him and Hope

I missed him so much. I ran over grabbed my cooing happy baby girl and gave Nick a huge kiss.

"Amanda my love I missed you so much" he said kissing me back

I smiled at that and hugged him

"Okay Nick what are you doing here?. What about Maria,Gil,his mom and Zara?
"Well I didn't exactly come here alone"

And suddenly out pooped a 8 year old Zara.

"Manda!" she said giving me a hug

"Hi my sweet Love Bug. What are you doing here?"
"Me and daddy came to be with you"

Suddenly Nick tapped my head. I looked at his hand and there he was with a beautiful diamond ring. I gasped in shock

"Yes Nick I do" I started to cry tears of joy

I carefully handed Hope to a now sitting Zara and jumped into Nicks arms.

"I love you Nick and I want to be with you,Hope,Frannie and Zara. And I want you to know that I have always loved Zara like she was my own little princess"

"I think and would say the same except that Hope is my daughter. I want to be her daddy. I want to be the one there for her when she gets in trouble or wants to date. I love you so much Amanda"

Suddenly we heard a familiar voice.

"Nick is that really you?" Liv shouted

She started to run and when she got to us she hugged us both tightly.

"I came to tell you they made their decision."

"Nick and I are engaged" I blurted
"Amanda?!" Nick laughed

"I'm sorry but I can't keep anything from Liv especially because you were gone she helped me out and got me through stumbling blocks."

"That's great news now come on" Liv said hurriedly

I took Zara's hand and Nick grabbed hope. My heart melted when he introduced himself as Daddy. Soon as we were walking I felt Zara tug my shirt

"How can I help you Lovebug?"

Zara giggled at the use of her nickname that Her Manda has been calling her since she was little

"Will You be my mommy now and can I called you Mommy?"
"Of course to both questions now let's go" and she came
