Author's note: this goes to monkeyfan27. It was her prompt, I wrote it, though. Hope you like it, loves. In this chapter, uncle Nathan winds up losing me. He gets in trouble, I don't. Haha !

Age: 6

Passerby pov

5 idiots and a little girl at the zoo. That's only something you can see in Britain. Wow, do they have no common sense ? Letting a sixteen year old stay with a six year old ? Not too smart, at all. You'd think that the two older guys would have at least a bit of common sense, but maybe not.

Tom's pov

We left Nathan and Lucy waiting outside the bathrooms for us to return. Little did we know, Lucy wouldn't be there when we got back. Scare of a lifetime.....

Back to the present

Nathan's pov

I cannot believe it. I thought Lucy was following me. She was supposed to be, anyways. She isn't though. I get a cryptic text from Jay. Text: you two better get here now, or you're busted...... I turn to find Lucy, but she's pulled a vanishing act. I walk back to the bathroom, where four mad brothers are waiting. Jay raises an eyebrow, when he doesn't see Lucy.

He snaps "Nathan Ryan. Where is my daughter ?"

I reply "she's lost. I don't know where she is. She was following me, I saw a cute girl. I got her number, her name is vivienne."

Tom decides "ok. Lucy is lost, so time is of the essence. Here's what we're gonna do. Max, call security. Siva, go make a couple passes and keep an eye out for Lucy. Nathan and I will wait here, in case Lucy comes wandering back. I don't want her to off again, thinking that we've left."

Max gets on his phone, siva walks off, and Tom, jay, and I sit down and wait. Ten minutes later security shows up. They get the specifics from jay, then the lady officer gets on her radio. She puts out an APB for Lucy. We immediately start to get a whole lot more hopeful.

Siva's pov

I can't believe Nathan let Lucy get lost. Oh well, from the look on tom's face, he won't get off lightly. I make two loops around the area where Lucy was last seen. I can't find her, so I walk back to Nathan, Jay, and Tom. Along the way, I get a call from Jay. He tells me that Lucy's been found. I walk back, just in time to snap the cutest pic ever. Lucy's pulling the pouty lip look, trying to schmooze her way outta trouble. I post it to twitter, with the caption: yikes, trouble. Or maybe not.

Jay's pov (when Lucy's lost)

I am so scared. Why wasn't Nathan watching her ? Why'd he leave ? Why is she gone ? That's when a heart stopping sickening thought comes to mind. She could've been kidnapped. Oh, dear lord. Please don't let that be the case. Please, please don't let that be what actually happened. Just as that thought enters my mind, Lucy puts in an appearance. She walks out of the women's restroom. What a relief. I call out "Lucy, over here !"

She follows the sound of my voice, and reaches us in minutes.

Lucy says "Daddy, I was so scared. Uncle Nathan left, and I was following him. I g-got separated from him, though. That's why I came back here. I waited for a millennium, nobody showed up. I had to potty, that's why I wasn't here when you came." Lucy pulls the pouty lip look, I can tell that she's trying to schmooze her way out of trouble.

I reassure "Skye, you aren't in trouble. Nathan on the other hand is in so much trouble, that it isn't even funny. He's up the figurative creek without a paddle." The rest of the guys show up.

Tom says "c'mon. We're going home." Nobody argues, he's mad with all capital letters, and in italics. He looks pissed. We walk to the car, and everybody piles in.

(Skipping the ride home)

Nathan's pov

I am so dead. I so wish I hadn't lost Lucy. Oh, yipes !! Footsteps...... Yikes!

I'm waiting in tom's room, nervously tapping my fingers against my thigh. The footsteps I heard turn out to be Tom. I had thought that I might get it from jay, but apparently not. Tom takes a seat, and says "get here, now Nathan." I cross from the corner that I was previously put in. He drops everything, but he does have enough decency to wait til I'm over.

Tom cautions "don't fight me, Nathan.

I'm gonna start now." He starts, and it hurts like......... Well, I don't know what to compare it to. I forgot how bad a bare talk with a hairbrush is.

Tom gives me approximately thirty, then he ends it. I sob into his shoulder. He reassures me, before taking me albeit very unwillingly, downstairs to face the rest of the music.

Just a note: hey, loves . As stated earlier, this goes to monkeyfan27. She gave me the prompt. Thanks for reading, bye loves.
