Chapter 4

             Art class was extremely enjoyable. Their art teacher, who was a MudWing named Tadpole, taught Hurricane and the rest of the Titanium Winglet the names of each different type of brush and each of their purposes. Afterwards, they went to the Prey Center for lunch, where Hurricane met with his two sisters, Ripple and Splash.

             "How are you both doing today?" asked Hurricane.

           "Better than normal,"'said Ripple.

           "WAY better than just NORMAL!" exclaimed Splash enthusiastically. "Who is that SkyWing behind you?"

            "Oh," said Hurricane. "Ripple, Splash, meet my new friend, Fireclaw! Fireclaw, these are my sisters, Ripple and Splash."

            "What an honor to meet two of the SeaWing princesses!" said Fireclaw politely. "Well, there is your mother, but two MORE of the SeaWing princesses!"

           "Why, thank you!" said Splash, blushing.

             Ripple didn't say anything but Hurricane could detect some red in her face.

            "It looks like we are the only ones here," said Splash. "Oops. Never mind, here comes the Jade Winglet!"

             The Jade Winglet filed into the cave. Hurricane didn't recognize any of the dragons, except one.

            "Hammerhead! Is that you?" exclaimed Hurricane. The SeaWing of the Jade Winglet looked around and spotted Hurricane. "Hurricane buddy! So your the one in the new Titanium Winglet!" said Hammerhead as he ran toward Hurricane. Suddenly, a NightWing came up and asked Hammerhead, "Who is this?"

            "Zodi, this is Hurricane! We have been best buddies since I can remember! Hurricane meet Zodiacturner! But please call her Zodi. She doesn't like it when dragons call her with her full name," said Hammerhead.

             "Hi Hurricane!" greeted Zodi. "Pleased to meet you! You must be Ripple's big brother right?"

              "That I am," replied Hurricane. "JMA is amazing. Even though I missed two weeks of school!"

              After lunch, the Titanium Winglet as well as the Copper Winglet, went to history class. Hurricane recognized their teacher as Webs, his grandfather.

              "Hurricane! Good to see you boy!" said Webs delighted. "Say, I think your twice as big as when I last saw you at the Deep Palace!"

              "Ha ha," laughed Hurricane. "That I have!"

              After history was a two hour break. All the RainWings went to go have what they called sun-time, while all the other dragons went to their caves. When Hurricane, Fireclaw, Oasis, Dusty, and Star-sky arrived at the cave, Puffin was already there, snout dug into a scroll.

               "What's her problem?" asked Oasis. "Her bad attitude is just making ME get a bad attitude."

              "I don't know," said Fireclaw.

               Hurricane picked up the scroll about the Scorching ad started reading. He then began to realize that Puffin kept looking back and forth between her scroll and Hurricane, as if she was worried.

                She is hiding something realized Hurricane. I don't know what it might be, but whatever it is, I'm probably the subject.
