Everyone in the room stood in awe at the NightWing before them. Moonwatcher turned to Deathbringer and said, "What is it you need me to do sir?"
"We have a mind to examine," he explained, handing her a scroll and ink. "What you need to do is search Prince Hurricane's memories for a recent dream he had, and then draw the surroundings in the dream on this scroll. Afterwards, you will give the scroll to me."
"Okay," she said, walking over to Hurricane. She looked at him for a moment and then said, "You look just like your father, just with your mother's eyes, and attitude."
"I get that a lot," was all Hurricane said. Moonwatcher laid her front claw on his forehead and asked, "Ready?"
Hurricane nodded. He stood there for a while, Moonwatcher's rather cold claw sending chills down his spine. She lifted her claw off him, grimacing. She then took the scroll and ink, and started drawing an almost exact picture of the cave in his dream. When she was finished, she shivered and said, "What a horrible dream."
"You can say that again," replied Hurricane.
Moon went over to Deathbringer, who looked at the scroll closely. "I think I actually have been here before. Its a section of one of the diamond mines in the Mud Kingdom, however, since the mine has run dry, it hasn't been used for over 8 years."
"So we have to go to the Mud Kingdom?" asked Dusty, enthusiastically.
"Yep," confirmed Star-Sky. "Do you miss home?"
"Sometimes," replied Dusty. "Its gonna be good to be back in dem wet mud puddles agin."
"So its decided. We head for the Mud Kingdom in the morning," said Hurricane. Then he turned to Moonwatcher and said, "Thank you so much."
"No problem," she replied, then left with a flap of her wings.
Hurricane turned to leave his friends following close behind, but Deathbringer stopped them. "You guys can stay here," he said. "There are plenty of unused rooms, and hammocks, in this overgrown treehouse."
"Thanks," said Indigo, politely. "We really appreciate it."
Later that night, just as Hurricane was about to turn in, Fire-Claw entered the room. "Hey," she said.
Hurricane grunted. Then Fire-Claw asked, "When we get to this diamond mine, what are we going to do there?"
"Rescue Splash, and rip Puffin to shreads," he said, venom in his voice. The look on Fire-Claw's face made Hurricane quickly say, "Scratch the second one."
"Okay," she said. "Good night, Hurricane."
"Good night," replied Hurricane. With that, he rolled over, and fell asleep.
In the morning, Hurricane woke up to the pounding of multiple objects above him. Startled, he went to the entrance of the tree house and found that it was practically pouring outside. Everyone else had woken up to.
"We cant fly in this," said Hurricane. "We are going to have to wait for the storm to pass by."
"The storm is probably going to last for about three days," remarked Deathbringer. "Until then, you guys probably are going to want to get ready to fight whoever kidnapped Princess Splash. I have just the dragon to help you do it."
He once again sent Violet out to get another dragon. When she returned, Thunderclap, the NightWing they ran into the previous day, was with her.
"Thunderclap here will teach you some basic fighting skills. Yes, Im pretty sure you guys already know how to survive, but if these guys ARE anima, your going to want to be at your best," explained Deathbringer.
"I understand," said Hurricane. "When do we start?"
Thunderclap gave Hurricane a grin and said, "Immediately."
