I woke up to a quiet room and a arm snaked around my waist. I looked slightly over my shoulder to see Stevens smoky black hair and his face pressed into the crook of my neck. This psycho was as crazy as it gets. Breaking in to try, and may I say a horribly creepy version, of cuddling. Although it did feel nice while he was sleep and not speaking.

Kenneth constantly ran through my head. That slap made me touch my cheek a few times. Still remembering the infuriated look on his face. Maybe it was my fault. I deserved it. Kenneth never did anything wrong to me, but I did all the wrong first. The slap was probably blown out of proportion. He didnt have a terrible demeanor and I'm sure he wouldn't do it again. It was just an outburst of anger. But no one deserves to be hit, right? Right?

I glanced across the room at the dead flowers on the table. I couldn't really deal with his sick twisted version of romance. It was just a lot to bare. Maybe this baby would cause me to break some ties or make some. Either way, a lot was going to change before it even came.

I tried to loosen myself without waking my psycho, but that failed. He poked his head up from behind me and it surprised that his morning breath was minty. Extremely minty.

"You're awake?" He asked in a groggy voice. "How'd the cuddle session go?"

"Creepy,"

"Unappreciative. I'm highly disappointed in you."

"Leave, please." I tried to slide away but he pulled me tighter. Pressing my butt against his area. Feeling the bulge made me shiver in disgust.

"Tessa. Cut it out."

"Cut what out?"

"The little hate act that you're starting again." He whispered in my ear.

"Is it really an act?"

"Sarcasm is only okay when it's by me. Don't get fucking smart."

"Okay Steven, your highness and loyal master." I rolled my eyes.

"That's more like it." I could feel him smile against my neck. "Now can you give the highness a little reward?"

"Like what?" I twisted my face in disgust.

"I'll give you a hint," Then he whispered a very obscene thing into my ear that I don't feel comfortable repeating.

"You're delusional." I tore myself from him and went across the room. A safe distance away.

"Oh come on," He pleaded with a smug smirk.

"Absolutely not." I threw the flowers at him. "Now get your shit and leave."

His response was a simple laugh and to kick the covers off. He walked over to the dresser and got his clothes off one by one.

"Don't come back either." I warned.

"I'm not leaving. Id just rather not be naked."

"Steven! Seriously." I groaned and didn't get to finish my rant before the phone vibrated wildly. We both looked at eachother and raced for it at the same time. He dragged my ankle to the end of the bed and I hit the floor with a thump. He crawled over me then dove onto the bed. I got up and jumpped on his back but he already had the phone.

"Hello?" He gasped trying to fight me off of him. I was desperately reaching for it. Hoping it wouldnt be Ken. But something told me it wasn't when his smile faded and he stopped struggling. I stopped too. He looked over at me, all color draining from his face. His mouth slightly open.

"Who is it?" I whisper. He slowly offers me the phone.

"It's the doctor. They want to speak to you."

A sudden vomit feeling washes over me as I grab it from him. He reaches down and clenches my hand as I take it up to my ear.

"Hello?" I shudder.

"Is this Tessa Lott?"

"It is. What's the results?"

Her next words make the phone slip from my hand as I stare at it on the mattress. Steven shakes my shoulders.

"What'd she say?"
