"Noooooo. Jareeeeeeeeeed" you say, as he drags you towards the Tower of Terror.

"Yeeeeeeees. Y/NNNNNNNNNN" He whines in return. He's been your boyfriend for nearly a year now, and you guys in California Adventures, a Disney park just across from Disneyland, home to the Tower of Terror.

"I'm scared Jared"

"I'll protect you, Y/N" he says, "Come on, how bad can it be?"

You stand there, as a five year old walks past you and happily joins the surprisingly short line.

"Come on, that little girl can do it"

"Fine. But I'm sticking by you the whole time"

"That's what I was thinking" he says, an arm wrapping around you, as you two waltz into line. You only had to do a single loop, and then you'd be at the entrance to the "hotel."

Jared had recently returned from filming in Vancouver, and after he greeted his family, he wanted to spend time with you. Through the endless phone calls of when he was in Vancouver, you decided upon Disney.

So, here you are, entering the Hollywood Tower Hotel.

Jared whispers in your ear, "You know you're so cute when you're scared"

You give him a playful slap to the shoulder, and enter through the large, opened doors. Young people in bellboy costumes greet with an eerie tone to their voices.

"How many?"

"Two" Jared says.

The lady beckons you both to join a blob standing in front of an elevator.

After a few more people join your blob, the doors open. There are no seats or seat belts.

"Is this the ride?" you ask Jared.

"Not quite. Just some backstory"

You let out a sigh, "Thank god. I would've passed out if it wasn't"

He laughs, and the elevator from which you came out of closes, leaving you and your group in complete darkness. Suddenly a TV flickers on and you squeal and jump back into Jared.

Jared smiles at you, and once your eyes find the TV, you're calm. Jared wraps his arm around you as you learn of the group that traveled into an elevator, struck by lightning, and entered the twilight zone. And now, "we're the stars in tonight's episode"
"Lol, were famous" a tween said in the darkness as the doors opening, light streaming in. Jared guides you towards a line, where the elevators seemed haunted, even from this angle.
"Jared-"
"Ah-ah-ah, Y/N" he says, "you are not backing out on this one"
You point your lip and Jared kisses your temple, "After this I want to do the Ariel ride. It's much less scary"
"Whatever you want princess" he says. You giggle at the nickname, despite the horrors surrounding you. You two are called into a line, receiving number six, the outermost aisle.
"Oh great, we get the back"
"There's really no difference. And, were in the front. Four and three file in to the back, since they're the closest. Then five and two-"
"WERE IN THE FRONT"
"It's not a big deal"
"I-"
He shuts you up with a kiss. You smile into it, wrapping his arms around him.
Then you place your forehead on his chest, and suddenly a voice catches your attention.
"Three and four, please go to the back row" the clerk says. Your hart begins to pound: this could be your last glimpse of other humans, if you die on this ride.
Jarred's warm chin rests atop your head, his arms protectively wrapped around you.
After the other rows, he proclaims, "Six and one"
You file in, and sit in the very front seat. You reach above you, yet, nothing is there. You look down, and see that a mere seatbelt is going to hold you. A car is safer than this.
You glance at Jared once you put your seat belts on, and wraps your hands around his arm.
"Y/N, can we try not amputating my arm?"
"Sorry" you say, loosening your grip.
"So, who's here at Disney for the first time?" The clerk says in an eerie voice.
No one raises their hand. You went once when you were three, though you don't remember much.
"I'm so flattered you all came back to see me" his joke calms my nerves for a few moments.
The same tween that yelled about being famous speaks up again, "I don't remember you"
"Well that's a pity. You will now"
"Your name is cool" a boy about eleven years old says. He glances at his name tag, which reads, "Zac"
"Thanks, is it your name, too?"
"No, it's just a cool name. There's no H, and there's no K"
Once again we all share a laugh, then he says, "I hope you enjoy your stay"
The cage-like thing you're in backs up, and suddenly, a voice over begins, revealing what your practically just saw in the TV screen, making you click Jared.
Ghosts beckon in front of you, and then-
You are propelled up, and then a mirror is there, but yet, you all aren't there.
"Say goodbye to your old selves"
Then you drop.
Your stomach flies to your throat, and your bottom is lifted off the chair ever so slightly.
You scream along with everyone else, and release Jared. You continue to go up and down, until you finally stop after seven or eight times, your head is spinning. You land safely-not dead, obviously, and the
doors to the elevator open. Jared whispers in your ear, "See, that wasn't so bad"
