This isn't really an imagine. This is my own story mini story about a girl named Penelope Scarlett. Remember New Screenwriter? This is the story that goes along with it.
Thanks.

In this , Henry didn't go down with them to the Underworld. Zelena never came to the underworld. She never even came back from Oz since Regina banished her with the tornado. It begins with Zelena just returning back to Oz. In my head, this is how Zelena escapes Oz.

I don't really know how to write a summary for this. It's too complicated.
Warnings:
Zelena brushed dirt from her black dress.
Oz.
She was back in Oz.
She was in a forest section of Oz. Surrounding her was a large lake and a bunch of standing trees. She'd never been here before.
The eyes watching her from the water were curious, and began to swim closer. No one had been to this part of the forest in years.
Zelena heard a splash from behind her. She quickly turned. She was not afraid- she had authority and power here. Whatever was disturbing her presence should be afraid of her.
"Whoever you are come out" Zelena said with a steady voice. She was ready to throw a fireball at anything.
Suddenly, a beautiful woman's face popped up from the water. She couldn't be older than 15. She had dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, and a clam bra type of top. She looked so young, and why she was swimming here was unknown.
"Who are you?" Zelena asked.
The girls voice was strong but weak. Like she thought she had authority, but was slightly intimidated. No ones come here in years. It's been so long since I've spoken a word, so excuse me if I talk too much. Do you know my brother? Will Scarlet? Of course you do, Zelena, you've probably killed him already-"
"I don't care. All I care about is getting my daughter back from Storybrooke."
The girl perked up, "Storybrooke? Is that another realm?"
"Yes, why? You haven't any magic do you?"
"I can travel across realms"
The witch laughed.
"It's true!" Penelope cried.
"You? A mere peasant girl can travel across realms?"
"I'm not a peasant girl!"
The girl pressed her palms into the ground and lifted herself up. She sat upon the ledge to reveal a giant purple tail. Covered in pearls, the tail was dripping wet.
Zelena almost gasped, but refused to let the young mermaid know that she was impressed.
"Could you bring me to the Storybrooke?"
The mermaid smiled and nodded, "I just wish one thing of you."
"Which is?" Zelena asks.
"When we get to this Storybrooke, I would like for you to return me to a human"
Zelena's eyebrows drew together, and she hissed, holding up a fireball, "Or I could just NOT kill you in exchange for this favor"
Penelope lips turned down, in a sort of sympathetic smile, "I don't understand why you have this sort of temper, Zelena"
Zelena's eyes went wide, "You're not afraid of me?"
"You need me" Penelope says, "The way I see it, if you kill me it'll take much longer to get what you desire"
Zelena snickered, "Clever girl. Now take me to Storybrooke"

Penelope POV
I glanced around, my eyes scanning everything in sight. Storybrooke. It was beautiful in every way, and it was different. Though I only could see a few of the building from the beach I lay on, I could tell this realm was different than the rest. The oceans weren't as blue as home, but that's alright.
Home.
It didn't feel like a home to me, back there. Ever since I fell into the frozen lake, I'd been stuck as a mermaid. I don't know if the lake was magical, or the timing, but all I remember was that one winter I fell through the ice of a frozen lake, and woke up underwater a mermaid.
I still am.
Zelena, who is soaking wet from swimming in the water, dries herself, and then stares at me.
With a wave of her hand, she transforms my tail into two beautiful legs.
Before I can thank her, she disappears on a gust of green smoke.
I stare at my legs. Covered in sand, I try and move them. I have cloth covering where my tail usually began, and I recall why. It's hard to remember things I used to do as a human. I don't even remember how to walk.
Well shit.
I separate my legs, but they feel so magnetic, like they're being forced together.
"Hey!" Someone yells and I crane my neck and see a figure of a person in the distance.
I can't let them see me.
Not yet. Using my legs, I push away but all this annoying sand is in the way. I try to stand up. I try to stand as firm as I can on two legs, but they wobble. I run towards the beach water from which I came.
Suddenly, the figure begins to run towards me.
Well shit.
I use my hands to help speed crawl towards the ocean.
Suddenly I feel two arms wrap around my waist.
They pull me away from the water, and I attempt to kick.
They lay me down on the beach.
"Are you okay?" They ask.
"Don't touch me!"
"I'm not going to hurt you, trust me."
"I don't believe you. Keep your hands off me." I sternly say to him.
This brown haired boy with chocolate eyes stares into mine. His hair nearly covers his eyes and he's covered by a long black coat and a red and grey striped scarf. His presence frightens me. I haven't interacted with very nice people in a very long time- it's in my nature to be wary of others around me. He purses his lips and looks around.
What is he doing? Making sure no one is there so he can kill me?
No way, buddy. Not today.
I stay there, my body cushioned by the sand, my hands grasping the sand, making little sand balls, held together by my clammy palms.
I'm ready to chuck sand in his face when suddenly, he runs in the opposite direction; away from me.
I let out a breath and relax my hands.
Yeah, you better run, I think.
I watch him run towards the rocks, and pull out a light pink flowery cloth.
Then he begins to run towards me.
My heart starts pounding.
Oh no.
Oh no.
He's going to use the scarf to hang me on the dock- I knew coming to a new realm was a bad idea- shit shit shit-
"Here you go." The boy says, handing me a cloth. My shaking body can't register this. He doesn't want to kill me? Maybe he's just getting to know you so can kill me even bloodier oh god-
"Hello?" He says, "I thought you'd want a coverup. So you don't have to be walking about in cloth and clams."
I let out a breath. May be this boy wasn't bad.
I eye him. Outstretching my arm, I quickly grab the cloth from him, my shaky hand wrapping the cloth around me.
"Where are you from?"
My lips tremble, "Oz."
His eyebrows furrow.
"Oz? How did you....."
He looks down at me, "You're a mermaid aren't you?"
"I'm not anymore. And I didn't start out like that."
"Huh. I see. Do you mind if I call my mom so she can help you out?"
"Um...go ahead. Call all you want."
"Great."
He takes out a small black device, and I narrow my eyes at it.
He presses it to his ear and talks into it after waiting four or five seconds.
"Yeah hey. Yeah, I need your help. Yeah a young girl-"
Suddenly I begin to giggle. How is talking to a little tiny box going to help? I mean, he must be insane.
"What? What's so funny?" He asks, serious, somewhat angry.
Oh god, shrink down deeper into the sand, and purse my lips, "Sorry."
He kneels down to my level, and places his hand on my shoulder, "You don't ever have to be sorry about not understanding things. This is a phone. It's transporting my words to another place, and the person on the other side can hear it and say words back and I'll hear it."
"Is it magic?" I ask, completely intrigued.
"Kind of. Just, hold on for a second."
He places the machine close to his ear and whims to talk. He seems to be trying to help, so he can't be an enemy. I clutch the pink fabric and hold it tight around my practically naked body, thinking about what's to come.
He puts the machine away, hidden in one of the folds of his clothes.
He squats down to my eye level, and begins to speak, "I'm sorry we had a kind of messy introduction. I'm Henry and you're in Storybrooke."
I adjust my position in the sand, "I know. She told me."
"Who did?"
Taking a breath, I say, "Zelena."
"Zelena?"
"Yes. She promised me legs if I transported her here."
"Why'd you want legs?"
"It's a long story. I'm not sure you want to hear it."
"No, it's okay. We have a lot of time waiting for my family."
"Umm...okay. When I lived in Oz, we lived near a lake. We were the only ones that lived near it, and one day, my brother went to sell wood carvings at the market and somehow angered Zelena. So the scarecrow we had outside came to life and tried to kill us, as well as a lion. My brother and I hid in the house, and found our father inside, made someone tell out of tin. We ran outside, trying to get away, but I fell into a frozen lake, and I woke up a mermaid. I don't know what happened to my brother, but I came to believe he was dead."
"I'm so sorry."
"It's okay. I've gotten over it."
He reaches out for my hand, but as soon as I feel his cold hand, I withdraw it.
"Well, you shouldn't have that happen to you in the first place."
You shift your weight onto your legs, and try to lift yourself up. Once you get your balance, you almost too over, except Henry grabs your arms and waist to keep you upright.
Shocked at his touch, I let out a little gasp, but then grab onto his shoulder.
Giving him a small smile, I say "Thanks."
"Henry!" Someone in the distance yells. You crane your neck towards the sounds origin, seeing a woman with long blonde hair wearing a red jacket and a woman with a long coat- similar to Henry's coat- and short black hair. They're quite far away, no where near the shore.
"Moms!" he calls back.
Suddenly, my heart begins to pound.
"Henry," you begin and he turns back to you, "Are they evil?"
"No, you have nothing to fear." He says, then he turns to face you, "Do you want to hold my hands to help you walk?"
Looking into his eyes, I nod and he holds out his hands. I place my palms directly on top of his and he wraps his fingers around them. My legs wobble as I take steps. Putting one foot in front of the other, I continue walking towards the two females, with Henry helping. He opens his mouth to speak as he stares down at me.
"I never asked, but what's your name?"
"Penelope. Penelope Scarlet."
