chapter 2

Luke's pov:
"Luke?... Luke?... Luke come on wake up!"
my eyes open up a little, "Vanessa?" I call out weakly, soon after I hear little sobs
"Luke you idiot please don't do anything like that again!"
I laugh, "I'll try my best, where are the guys?"
"they went to get some junk food from the smoke shop"
"okay good" I say with a smirk and I put my hand on her cheek
she leans in to kiss me, it felt so good to be with her
I hear the door open slowly but I don't stop kissing her until someone slams the door shut scaring me and Vanessa, I heard Calum whisper to Ashton,"really Ashton?"
"sorry my hand slipped" Ashton looked almost convincing ... "soooo how are you feeling Luke?" Michael said trying to take the awkwardness away.
"I'm fine I guess, what about that guy?"
"oh don't worry about that jerk, he got what he deserved" Calum said with a real happy smile but Vanessa just looked down, Ashton noticed to "Vanessa are you okay?"
"oh yeah Ashton I'm fine" she had a weak voice. I got up from the couch "no you aren't" I said in a hasty voice and I went outside to smoke

Vanessa's pov:
I get up and go to the backyard to see if Luke was okay. I open the door and see him smoking, "why do you do this to yourself?"
"why were you lying about you being fine?", he looks up at me and gives me the coldest look ever, "did you know that guy? did you have feelings for him?"       
my face got read and I was stuck between being mad and crying, "yes Luke I knew him! and yeah at some point I did! but that was two years ago so just forget it!" I felt hot tears running down my face
Luke gets up quick, "Vanessa I'm sorry I was just mad! please forgive me I was just being dumb, I just don't want to lose you"  I look at his face, he looks so scared on what I'll say next
"Luke you won't lose me over him or any other guy, I want to be with you for as long as we can be together" he hugs me quick and tight
"crap!... I'm in love with you, this wasn't suppose to happen
