"Atta way Louis! Through the cones, through the cones!" Liam shouted as he saw his oldest son kicking the ball swiftly through the cones during his football team tryout.
"Come on Niall! You got this buddy! Nice and steady," Harry followed in the shouting as he saw Niall follow Louis.

The two adults watch their two sons finish their drill with ease before finally they see Zayn begin to do the drill.

"Alright, that's good Zayn, nice and slo- wait no wrong way!" Harry said tenderly but loud enough for Zayn to hear.

"No Zayn you don't carry it, okay good stop to figure out your pla- and you're on the floor," Liam says with a sigh as he and Harry begin to make their way over to the boy's pouting figure.

"I don't like football," the boy says with a pout as his uncles come up to him.
"We know, love, but we need you three to go somewhere after school until me and Uncle Liam can get off of work, and you're not old enough for the art club yet," Harry cooed as he lifted the boy and brought him over to where the coach was waiting with the rest of the boy's who were trying out.

Harry waits for him to do his little congratulations and spiel about how they'll find out what team they were named to in a matter of days before telling everyone they're free to go.

"Good to see you Harry, your boys did great today," the man said to Harry as he ruffled Louis and Niall's hair. "Oh, and, Zayn, yeah you tried really hard out there bud," the man says with a bit of a forced smile.

"I don't think Zayn's gonna be sticking with football, he's not too keen on it," Liam said with a laugh as he saw the boy pout at the coach's words. "Um, do you know any other mini club teams that are having tryouts soon? Anything down at the rec?"

"Hockey season's coming up soon, maybe you can look into that?" The man offers and Harry just sighs.

"I don't know how skates and ice are gonna keep up," the man says with a laugh. "Thank you anyways, Niall and Louis are really excited for the season to start again."

"Yeah I'm excited to coach them again. I'll see you boys in a couple of days."

And with that the family piled into the car as they made their way down to Maccas as a little bit of a Saturday treat. The boys sat at the table while Harry and Liam ordered everyone food and grabbed the drinks. Soon enough though the whole family was seated and eating.

Well, everyone but Zayn. The little boy couldn't help but feel a bit sad at how bad he did at the tryouts, and about how obvious everyone was at telling him he was bad. He just doesn't like football, or running, or the grass. He doesn't like the outdoors much if we're being honest.

"Zayn eat your food," Harry said as he saw the boy avoiding to bring anything to his lips.

"M'not hungry," Zayn mumbles and Harry just sighed along with Liam.

"Zayn, eat," Liam said this a bit more sternly.

"I'm not hungry though! Just give it to Niall and Louis, they're gonna need the energy to play football anyways," Zayn said while rolling his eyes and dropping the chicken nugget back into the box.

"Alright come with me," Harry said with a sigh as he lifted Zayn and carried him over to the family stall. "C'mon, love, talk to me. You know you can talk to me."

"I suck at footie," Zayn says as tears begin to form in his eyes which causes Harry to frown. "And- and everyone knows it and they laugh and I just wanna be good like Lou and Ni!"
