I slam my hand down to make my alarm shut up. Ugh, it's Monday. I roll out of bed and go take a shower.
When I come back to my room and throw on the usual, black skinny jeans, with a band t-shirt, my glasses, and a black beanie. I grab my stuff and head downstairs.
"Good morning darling." My mother says happily, " So how was the peace making plans yesterday?"
"The wha-oh yeah the were great mom. We were going to send them to the World Peace Group, but Connor umm....ate the paper because he thought it was a potato chip." Oh he was so going to kill me later.
"He... ate it?"
"Yeah, silly Connor, always thinking about food."
I hear the horn from outside. "Well, that's the bus, see you mom!" I say as I grab my Iunch and a piece of toast and run out the door.
As soon as I get on the bus, I'm greeted with the usual, spit-wads thrown my way, which I skillfully dodge, a couple of lunches are thrown, and a few insults.
I dodge all of them as I go to my seat in the back. Nobody sits here because I sit here. I plug in my headphones and pull out my notebook.
Before the song starts, I hear: "Ew, what's she writing now?" I quickly shove my notebook into my bag and look out the window as I clutch my bag for dear life. Then the kid turned back around to talk to his friends.
I pulled out my notebook once more and wrote until I got to school.
The school bus stops and all the kids scramble out and I'm the last one on the bus. I pick up my stuff and head out. I head to my locker and then head to my first class. Chemistry. Ew. This is going to be a long day.

"Now add the hydrochloric acid." My lab partner looks at me confused. "The yellow one! PAY ATTENTION, you moron."
"Hey!" But he adds the hydrochloric acid anyway.
Just as he does this, the bell rings. I put down the goggles and rush toward my next class. ______________
"Now, solve this equation, turn it in, and if you get it right, you have the rest of the class time for anything you want. " I smile to myself.
This equation is so easy. I'll be done in 2 minutes flat.

This is so easy! I walk up to the teacher to turn it in.
"Congratulations, you're the first one to get it right. That's 10 bonus points for your grade."
Sweet! I go back to my desk and plug in my headphones, and instead of writing, I close my eyes, and let the music take me away.

I feel a tap on my shoulder. I open my eyes and I see Mrs. Davis looking at me.
"You were supposed to be in my class 10 minutes ago."
Oh no, this cannot be happening. I missed two periods! Oh mom is going to kill me!
I get up and grab my stuff and head down the hall. Mrs. Davis follows me. When I enter the room, she goes to her desk and hands me a tardy slip.
"One more of those and I'll see you in detention."
I swear this woman is out to get me.

The bell rings and I run out of the room. I need this lunch time. Mrs. Davis has been non-stop torture the whole class period. I make a beeline for the girls room, when I run smack into Avery. The meanest girl in school. The Queen Bee.
"What where you're going witch!" She screams at me. Well, okay she didn't say witch, but you now what I mean. I swerve around her and run down the hall.
It's not until I get to the bathroom when I realize I don't have my notebook anymore.
