Chapter Six

Kath's POV
I'm currently smiling from ear to ear as my right hand is carrying the paperbag of 3 frappe that I bought from Starbucks around ABS Compound. I can't hide my happiness and excitement kasi after all these years, I can finally see my mom upclose and personal. I can't wait to give her a kiss, hug and to patch things up with her. How I wished Ate Nadine is with her pero I know naman that my twin sister is in Australia for school.
I glanced at my wristwatch and it almost 10 na pala. Shit! Baka andyan na si Mom. I started to walk fast yung halos tumatakbo na but next thing happens lost my temper... someone bumped at me, caused the frappe to spill. I grunted.
"Ano ba! Tatanga-tanga!" He yelled at me
"You better tell it to yourself." I yelled too, not bothering to look up to meet his gaze. Busy ako dito sa pagcheck ng frappe if na-spill lahat
"Wow ha!" He exclaimed. Damn it! 2 frappe ang natapon! At dahil ito sa lalakeng nasa harapan ko ngayon
"Will you shut your f*ckin' mouth?!" I said still calm and slowly stood up "Ikaw na nga nagkasala, ikaw pa 'tong galit!" I screamed at his face with furious eyes and creased forehead
"Miss, ikaw 'tong biglang lumiko at bumangga sak--" He stopped from talking when he met my gaze "Ikaw diba ang anak ni Vice Ganda at Karylle?" He asked as his eyes shaped like a 'O' letter
"So?" Masungit kong sagot at lalo kong tinaliman ang tingin ko sakanya
"Uhh... sorry about this. Anak ka ni Ninong Vice... patay ako nito." His face suddenly fell down at namutla pa sya. Hahahahaha! I still heard his last 3 words kahit pabulong na yun. Takot pala sya kay Dad ;)
"Are you scared?" A smirked plastered on my lips "You dumbass! If hindi pala ako anak ng Ninong mo, hindi ka magpapakumbaba?! Gagu."
"Sorry na nga kasi. Papalitan ko nalang yung natapon na kape." He said and pressed his hands to each other na parang nagmamakaawa. Aww. Poor fella. Lol
"Not buying it. Still gonna tell to my Dad that actually your Ninong that you yelled and disrespect her daughter." I said grinning
"Don't you dare!" Madiin nyang sagot
"Oh? It's not a dare, it's a favor. How glad am I to do it." I winked
"Porket babae ka..." He said, trailing off. He looked at me from head to toe. Nagulat ako nang tumawa sya "Hahahahahaha! Sakang! Sakang ka pala!" Dafak! I can feel my face is turning red. Shit! That's IT.
"Bullshit! Kelalaki mong tao nang aaway ka ng babae! Panda's kalokalike! Laki kasi ng eyebags mo! Hahahahahaha!" Asar ko pabalik. Kala mo ha!
"Sakang! Mana sa ina. Sa--" He stopped when I slapped his cheeks really hard
"You can insult me but not my mother! Definitely not even a single word!" I said, gritted teeth
"Hala! Pasensya. Sumobra na yata--"
"Yata? Oo. Sumobra ka na! U bastar--" I stopped from continuously na dakdak when someone called my name. And that voice is very familiar to me.

"Baby Kath?" I slowly turned my head to see her

When our eyes met, tears automatically fell down on my cheeks...
10 years. After 10 years. I saw her again. It's my twin sister. It's Ate Nadz. She flashed a sweet smile at me. She's tear-eyed. I slowly walk closer to her without breaking our eye contact. Nang makalapit na ako sakanya, she caressed my cheeks as I bit my lower lip. No words needed para magkaintindihan kami. Naputol ang eye contact namin whe she pulled me into a hug.
"I missed you so much, Baby Kath." She murmed that caused me to cry harder
"I missed you too, Ate Nadz."

GENERAL POV
The original hosts is currently at the meeting room. Direk Bobet was in the middle of his talks when someone peeked and entered.
"K!!!!" Masayang sigaw ni Vhong at tumayo para salubingin si Karylle (vhongrylle opo =<)
Agad namang napalingon at nagsitayuan ang lahat, except Vice.
"Buti't nakahabol ka, K." Jhong said after makipagbeso (jhongrylle parin =P)
"Oo naman! I better be here kahit late." She giggled
Na-overwhelm naman si Karylle nang makita lahat ang mga kaibigan, staffs, writers and Direk Bobet na mainit na sumalubong sakanya. Her smile fell down when her look diverted to Vice. Na walang pake sakanya. Nakaupo lang itong patalikod sakanya habang nakasandal ang ulo sa upuan at nagkakalikot ng telepono.
Napabalik sa ulirat si K nung pumalakpak si Direk Bobet dahilan nang paglingon ni Vice at nahuli syang nakatingin sakanya. Gusto mang tumakas ni Karylle pero parang napako sya sa nangugngusap na mata ng 'dating' kasintahan. Vice flashed a smirked and looked away.
"Guys! Back to your seats para macontinue na natin ang meeting at makapag rehearse pa tayo." Direk Bobet said. Napabuga ng hangin nalang si K at umupo na sa tabi ni Anne.
After 20 more minutes ay natapos na ang meeting. They talked about the 'throwback pakulo'. From sequence and kinds of prods and ganap na ishoshowcase ng original hosts. Nanahimik lang si Vice when the meeting talked about the 'loveteam' prod while si Karylle is taking a short glances to him.
"Are you guys, okay with all of that?" Direk Bobet said as he raised a thumbs up na agad naman tinugunan nang lahat. "So let's the rehearsals begin." He announced and most of the original hosts yelling in excitement. Vice shooked his head as he started walking palabas ng meeting room.

It was the middle of the opening prod rehearsals when Billy sat next to Karylle na currently nagpapahinga.
"Psst! Ana Karylle, pansinin mo yun oh. Kanina pa kasi tahimik." Billy suggested while puckering his lips to Vice' direction na currently may nirerehearse na steps
"I ca-can't." She uttered while looking at her ex-lover's direction
"You can't or you're scared?" Billy said at sumilip sa mukha ni K. Nagkibit-balikat lang si Karylle bilang sagot "Don't be. Heads up, K." He said lifting K's chin "Get his attention by your positive and cheerful charm."
"I don't know. Baka is-nobin lang ako nyang Bestie mo. Suplado pa naman yan atsaka I'm sure he's still mad at me... for leaving him." Karylle answered, pursing her lips
"There's 'baka'. You're not sure. At para makasigurado ka, talk to him. You should try to know what you are to him." Billy adviced as he showed a hopeful smile that made K's face lighten up "What are you waiting for, K? Tumayo ka na at lumapit sa malambot mong minamahal." Hinila patayo ni Billy si Karylle at tinulak nang marahan na may kindat pang pahabol.

"Wuuuh! You can do this. I hope he'll not left me dumbfounded." Karylle cheered to herself while making her way to him
