On Percy's 11th birthday, he had a party at the zoo. Of course, Percy had a blast talking to th sea animals for about an hour. However, the highlight of the party was watching a kid fall into the snake tank, and then watching another kid with round glasses and a lightning scar laugh as the glass reappeared, trapping him.
