Wow, 34 chapters... I've written so much, yet I'm still only writing their fourth year! In order not to spoil what will happen, I'm going to stop writing present time for a couple chapters to get caught up...

"You'll be staying in Alfred's room, if that is okay," Mrs. Jones told Arthur apologetically. "I recently cleaned Alfred's room, but Matthew's is a tad bit untidy."

"Ah, that's alright, Mrs. Jones."

Julie crossed her arms impatiently. What about her?

"Julie, your mother called. You have to go back home."

She was furious with her mother. Could she not see Julie was fighting for her crush's love?

She put on a false smile. "Thank you, Mrs. Jones. Goodbye."

She made sure Mrs. Jones thought she was leaving before she made a dash for their bushes.

"Really, your room is not ventilated correctly." She heard, and the window above her was swung open. She peered in though a small hole near the window, and saw the two figures standing in Alfred's room.

"...I wouldn't have mentioned it in front of Julie, but I highly doubt your mom would let you travel all the way to America to stay with a 'mudblood' for a week."

"You underestimate my dear mother's beliefs."

"Uh huh. Of course I would, considering you had ranted about her screaming about your muggleborn friends."

What was a muggleborn? She tried to listen carefully.

"And here I thought you were dense." She saw Arthur place his bag in Alfred's closet, and turn around to smile at him.

"Well?"

"I ran away for a while because mother blew a gasket when she saw I got a phone and letters from you. I'm waiting for things to smooth over before I go back home."

Forbidden friendship? This was getting far more interesting.

"You did what?! Arthur, I-"

"You'd be the hero, wouldn't you? You'd save a child who could not endure his absent working father and screeching mother, wouldn't you?" Arthur's smile did not falter, and he tilted his head to the side.

"Well-"

"It'll only be a week or so. I have never asked any favors from you, have I?"

"No..." Alfred started to smile, too. "Well, alright."

Julie couldn't believe what information she had gotten. This was like, crazy! She ran off to her own home, fuming. That Brit was trying to take away her man by staying over to hide from his "horrible parents"! Why didn't she think of that?!

Ahh, still don't hate on Julie yet before you get all the information! I'll explain everything in the next chapter!
