I lay in my bed, checking my Facebook on my cellphone. I was trying to get some sleep, but it just wasn't going to happen.

Then my door opened.

"Uh... hello?" I asked.

"Oh! Sorry, it's so dark. I thought this was my room," I heard Hannah's voice whispering. "Wait. Is that you Matt?"

Clearing my throat, I nodded. "Yeah it's me."

And then, she walked in. What is up with this girl? The beach thing, I was pretty sure she was flirting with me but girls are tricky so you never know. And then she's coming into my bedroom in the middle of the night? But hey, I'm not complaining.

I heard my door click shut and then the shuffling of feet. Hannah leaned down and turned on the lamp by the bed. She smiled. "Hey there." I mummbled something inaudible as a response. Hannah just did that cute little flirtatious giggle of hers and then she climbed on my bed.

Next thing I knew, Hannah was stradling me. She leaned down, and just when our lips were about to touch... so close...

Hannah started to moan my name. "Matt. Matt! Matt!"

And then I woke up. Randy was shaking my shoulder. "Matt! Matt! Matt!"

"Oh baby!" I mummbled. And then I jumped up. I wiped a line of drool off my chin and looked at Randy. "What? I was having a really good dream," I told him, giving Randy the best irritated look I could muster.

"Yeah, I can see that." He motioned his head to my nether regions.

I grabbed a pillow and put it over my lap. "You know what Randy, just get out. Out!"

He put his hands up in defeat. "Alright fine. You can sit here and enjoy your wet dreams while me and the guys organize our party." Randy went to turn away.

"We're already planning that? We just got here yesterday."

"Yeah, but Liam says because it's our first summer here being official adults that this should be a party that everybody remembers. Or, if we play our cards right, everybody gets completely wasted and nobody remembers. Either way, really." Randy opened my door and stepped out. "Hurry up. We'll be downstairs waiting."

Every summer us guys invite all the people on the beach and almost everybody else we know to a big party around the middle of summer. We usually put a lot of time into it. Planning every last detail so it turns out perfect and all that. But we never start planning this early. I mean, we just got here. We usually don't even start talking about it for another two weeks or so.

But Liam makes an excellent point. We do usually put in a lot of planning into our parties, like finding and paying random people to buy alcohol for us minors, but this time it really does need to be perfect. This should be the best summer party we've ever had. I mean, we're not in high school anymore, so we need to celebrate.

I flung the blanket off of me and went into the bathroom to take a shower. When I was done with that, I walked downstairs to find Paul, Randy, and Liam sitting in front of a large white board.

"About time, Matt! We've been waiting for you so we could start," Liam said. He stood up and grabbed a marker. "Pop a squat and let's get the planning going."

AJ and Hannah walked downstairs and sat down on one of the couches. "Aww, are you guys so sad to be out of school that you need to play pretend?" AJ said and she and Hannah laughed.

Paul rolled his eyes. "No, nobody misses school when they're done. If you must know we're planning the mother of all ragers," he said.

"Yeah! It's gonna be like the beach party in American Pie 2! People gettin drunk and people gettin laid, baby!" Randy said, and high fived his brother.
