Dear Luna

I am sad to inform you of this, but the maids had been right.

Xavier is in my basement of sorts. My father said that it was their greatest triumph so far. That the loss of his freedom might cost you yours. The glint in his eye shook me to my core. It has been three weeks since I saw you last.

Every night I dream of you flying beside me, watching me as I go. It still pains me a great deal. I may have loved Cassidy first, but it is you I truly fell in love with.

Oh my dear Luna.

My father had also confirmed your fears. The Black Guard is moving in on you faster than you first anticipated, they will be on you within the coming month. I am heartbroken to say that I can't stop them, nor my father.

Their quest is their own, so if my father is stopped, they will continue with all the Intel my father has provided them. I have met their leader. A cruel man, devoid of any love or spark. To think my father have become exactly like him.

I have answered my own questions by now, seeing as no one else can. I am an amazing daughter, even if my father won't think of me as such in the end. But I helped him. In my own way I had tried and relieve his pain by siding with you.

Tonight will be the first night I speak directly to him about you. I will try and stop him from pursuing this ludicrous idea that all creatures of the night are bound by evil. I have no idea what he will do.

I have also discovered where all the base research facilities are in the world. They are all listed at the back of this letter. Please send your people to these places. Free the inoccent. Maintain the good I saw in you all those nights we spent together with you teaching me your ways.

Looking back at your teachings now I see that the traditions your people held back then was so much easier and better than the ones we have now. Treasure those traditions.
Remember that you remain forever in my heart.

I miss you.
Love
Your little human.
