I'm Sutton Shelton. I'm 18 years old and I graduated high school 2 months ago. My boyfriend's name is Trent. My parents moved me from Oklahoma to Los Angeles when I was 14 years old, so that my dad could be closer to his new job. Every summer, we go back to Oklahoma for a while to reconnect with our southern roots. Who are my country superstar parents? Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert.

Since I have no siblings, my parents spoil me and look at me as their pride and joy. They are protective, but not over protective. I'm always home by curfew, I got above a 4.0 GPA in high school, and I was Valedictorian. So they trust me to make good choices. But, there is one thing that I will never tell my parents. It would wreck their trust and they would never take their eyes off me. I especially couldn't tell my dad that,

I'm in love with Adam Levine.

Don't get me wrong, I love my boyfriend, but I have a very big crush on Adam. Ever since I was 13, I have been a fan of Maroon 5 and when I found out that Adam was going to be on The Voice with my dad, I was so excited. I tried to go to The Voice with my dad whenever I could, just to see Adam.

I woke up to the sound of my dad's loud laugh. I rolled over and looked at my alarm clock. It was 10:30 AM. I rolled out of bed and went to my dresser to grab a hair tie. I put my long brown hair up into a messy bun and walked downstairs in my tank top and cheerleading shorts.

I walked into the kitchen and saw my mom cooking while my dad was sitting next to someone at the counter. My mom looked up from whatever she was cooking and saw me. "Mornin' sweetie," She said before she looked back at her cooking. My dad and his friend turned around.

The friend was Adam.

"Mornin' Sut," My dad said. "Hey Sutton," Adam said. "Hi," I said, trying not to blush. "Whatcha makin' mamma?" I asked her. "Pancakes and eggs for your daddy. Do you want some?" She asked. "Uh no thanks. I'm gonna go running," I said. "Alright," She said before I headed back upstairs.

I went to my closet and grabbed a neon pink sports bra and a pair of pink running shorts. I slipped the sports bra on, that revealed my tan torso and diamond belly button ring. I put on my neon pink Nike running shoes, my shorts, and grabbed my phone along with my earbuds.

I slipped my phone into my pocket and walked back downstairs. "I'm off," I said before I kissed my mom on the cheek. "Alright sweetie, just be back by lunch, because you have cheer today." She said. "I will," I said. "Bye dad. Bye Adam," I said. "Bye," They both said before I left.

Adam's POV

"Bye," I said before Sutton left. I could never admit this to Blake, but his daughter was hot. She had beautiful, long brown hair, she was tan, she was fit, she had a great body, and she had the most beautiful blue eyes. Was it wrong that I had feelings for  my best friend's daughter? Yes. She's only 18, but I really like her. I would ask her out if she didn't have a boyfriend and Blake wasn't her dad.

"Wait, she has cheer today?" Blake asked Miranda. "Yeah, why?" She asked. "We are supposed to go to the studio today to record that new song." He said. "Oh, I forgot. And her car is in the shop. Maybe one of her friends can take her?" Miranda said. This was my golden opportunity.

"I can take her," I said. "Really? Don't you have to go record with your band?" Miranda asked. "Her cheerleading gym is on the way to the studio." I said. "Oh, well I guess it's ok with me," Miranda said. I looked at Blake. "Yeah, I guess it's fine." Blake said before he looked at his watch. "Sweetheart, we gotta go," He said. "Alright," Miranda said as she turned the burners off. "Thanks Adam," Miranda said before her and Blake left.

Sutton's POV

After my 30 minute run, I made my way back to the house. I went through the garage and entered through the laundry room. I went to the fridge in the kitchen to grab a bottle of water. I heard the tv in the family room on, so I walked in.
