It's been at least a week since Nico and I had started dating. Now, Leo and Asha were inseparable, and I could barely talk to her. But I didn't take it bad... She's happy, so I'm happy. I sat quietly with Nico at my side and we read a book. He rested his head on my shoulder. I turned the page and he grabbed my hand and turned it back. "What?" I asked looking at him. "I wasn't done yet..........Okay, now you can turn." He said letting my hand go. I smiled rolling my eyes and caught a glimpse of the sun. I sighed, "Stable Duty..." He growled quietly wrapping his arms around my waist, "Noooooooooo........." I laughed and stood up from his grip, "I have to... Plus, it's my last day, so I won't be long." I said handing him the book. He sighed smiling at me and nodded, "Alright, see you later then." I nodded and we hugged before I went off.

"Butter, you need to stop with those sugar cubes!" I said as I patted her snout. The ginger Pegasus  whined in reply and continued to keep to herself from Nightmare. Nightmare was my Pegasus. I had found him on a rainy day and Chiron had let me keep him. He was a pitch black Pegasus with soft hazel eyes. I scooped up the last of the droppings from another Pegasus and huffed. I was dirty, sweaty, tired, and hungry. "Nightmare, can ya do me a favor and give me a ride to the showers?" I asked hopefully. He snorted in reply but let me climb on.

I had showered, changed into clean clothes, tackled, hit by a snowball, slipped, all before I could get to the mess hall. Before I could even step inside I was tackled again. Looking up I saw Dakota smiling. "How are you doing?" He asked helping me up. I sighed dusting myself off, "Fine, just fine... You?" He shrugged leading me into the line. "Alright I guess. You've seen Susan?" I shook my head. Susan was a close friend of his with brown hair, brown eyes, and was pretty tall. She was from the Demeter cabin. I grabbed a steak, some ribs, mash potatoes, and scrapped my offerings to my father before sitting down.

I saw Nico and waved at him where he sat quietly by himself. He looked so tempted to come over but of course, he knew better. Across from me, a plate was set down. I looked up and saw Asha. "Sup." I greeted at her. She smiled and said, "Hello." Before eating. She seemed kinda awkward. Like something was bothering her. "Asha, is something wrong?" I asked. She looked up, her eyes fill with a sort of pain. I looked over at the Hephaestus table and Leo was just eating, stealing lovely glances at Asha every now and then, so it couldn't have been that Leo broke up with her... "Astrid.... I'm worried..." She said gripping my hand.

I furrowed my brows."Why?" I asked taking a bite of some potatoes. "Rachel.... She told me a prophecy and I don't know what to do... Can I trust you?" She asked. I rolled my eyes, "When could you never trust me?" I said. She sighed, "Fine.... She .... She said,

The daughter of Apollo will travel far and wide

With her closet companions at her side,

Though of those she will lose one,

The journey in the end shall be done.

In love with death, and her eyes a blazing blue,

Her form she will soon find true... "

I shook my head and closed my eyes knowing who the prophecy was about. It was about me... Before I could say anything more, the images flashed across my eyes again. The bright light. Fire. Rain. Blood. And, the soft, sad smile... Next thing I knew things went black and I heard screaming.
