Chapter 12: You Can Cook?

Spencer's POV
I grabbed her arm, spun her in a tight circle then warped my arms around her waist pulling Corinne as close to me as possible.We stood as swayed for a couple of minutes. She dug her head into my neck. I spun her one more time and whispered, "close your eyes and follow me." She giggled as she squeezed my hand. I led her to my dining table. It was set with candles, flowers and my fanny dishes that JJ had gotten me a couple years ago as a birthday present. I had cooked chicken, Brussels sprouts, potatoes and cake. I pulled out a chair for Rin and made my over to mine while saying," keep your eyes closed!" I sat down and lit the candles," alright open up,"

When she opened her eyes she giggled and couldn't stop smiling. I had accomplished my be the best boyfriend in the world mission. "Awww Spencey I love it!" She took a bite of the chicken and started to crack up with laughter.

"What?!" I asked concerned.

It took her a minute to come down from her laughter, "you can cook!" She said as if it were a surprise

"Of course I can! Why did you think I couldn't?" I started laughing with her.

"Well I never took you as the chef type," she giggled.

"Well well you eat up. I just want to hold you right now," we finished our food about half an hour later and after the meal we had a small soap fight with the suds of the dish detergent.

It was an amazing night. It ended with us on the couch, watching tv and talking about work. Corinne left at 10 o'clock and after she was gone it felt as if the world had stopped spinning even though I knew that, that was impossible. The whole week we just had paper work to do in the office so we  were together as much as possible Rin, JJ Emily and Garcia had frequent girls nights and me and the boys got together to drink and play poker a couple of times, then the next week we had it all off. Corinne and the ladies and so much fun I could tell. They got their nails done and Garcia died her hair red. Every time she came over she told me about their fun times but how she wished she could tell them. During these two weeks we went out for coffee multiple times as well as eating in and out, we went to the zoo, the movies, and to the library and mall a few times. We had been dating for a month now and I was happier than I'd ever been before.

Corinne was coming over tonight for a movie and Chinese food. Our usual date. It went as usual, us blurting out new statistics we had learned, talking during the movie, sneaking kisses, a couple of make-our sessions, a game of chess and Rin eating triple her weight in Asian cuisine. When we were done with dinner we ended up in our usual cuddle position on the couch. Her leaning up against my chest we her legs stretched out and my my arms around her waist with her hands on top of mine.

"Hey Spence," she looked up at my with her big brown eyes.

"Yeah Rinny," i replied while giving her a kiss on the forehead.

"Are you going to that Thanksgiving party Hotch and Beth are having tomorrow?"

"Yeah why hun," I asked confused. She knew I always went to the teams parties.

"Well we've been dating for little over a month now and well it's killing me not to be able to tell my best friends about us and I have no intentions of breaking this off, so can we please tell them tomorrow?" She asked in her sweetest voice but I could hear the hurt behind it.

I replied by flipping her over and pulling her into a deep kiss. I pulled away and spoke ," Rin, I love you" it was the first time I've said it to her face.

"I love you too Spencer," she said while playing with my hair and resting her head on my chest.

"Oh and Rinny," she tilted her head up and looked at my eyes ,"that's an of course." She was over joyed. She jumped up and attacked my lips forcing me to lay down on the couch.

I wrapped my arms around her waist and pulled her close. Within five minutes we were stilling kissing and she had started to unbutton my shirt. I rubbed her back up and down with my large hands underneath feeling her soft skin.

Corinne's POV
When his shirt was completely unbuttoned reveling his muscular abs I broke our kiss and sat up, his hand still on my back, and pulled off my tee shirt reveling my black Lacey bra. He then sat up sung his legs on the ground and picked me up bridal style and carried me to his bedroom.

I woke up with his arm around me holding me close to his bare chest. I turned over and put my heat to his chest so I could hear his heart beating. I felt a soft kiss on my forehead and looked up.

"Good morning beautiful," he said holding me tighter.

"Hey," I said in a childish voice with a smile across my face. We laid there and snuggled for about five more minutes before his alarm went off. We had to go back to work today then after it was time for the party where we'd tell everyone about us. They still thought I was with "that guys from buffalo".  And they call themselves profilers.

We got dressed for work and headed out to our separate cars. I kissed Spencer good bye and left about five minutes before he did. I stopped to get the whole team coffee like I did when I was in a good mood and I was on my way.
