"Vincent baby," Amanda wines from the other room.
I groan at her voice "Amanda I told you to leave." I yell into the room beside me as I fix my shirt, buttoning the last button of my shirt. I fasten my tie tighter around my neck and run a hand through my dark hair, fixing the mess Amanda had made of it.
I walk out of my office bathroom to see Amanda still laying out across the expensive couch. Her feet propped up rudely on the coffee table full of paperwork I was going over.
"Put on some clothes" I tell her rolling my eyes, looking at her only having the throw over blanket covering her bare body.
She gets up pulling the blanket along with her as I walk past her to my large desk. I sit down and look over to my right staring out over the city full of skyscrapers,. A huge window taking up almost all of the wall allows the natural light of day to pour in. Behind me is a light wood framed bookcase taking up the entirety of the wall, full of books and folders, the folders organised with each business deal and company.
I stare over at Amanda who is now seated seductively on the corner of the desk. I prop my elbow up on the arm rest and prop my head in my hand, waiting for her to leave.
"You don't want to go for a round two?" She asks smirking, raising a dark, perfectly sculpted, eyebrow.
I roll my eyes and shake my head "I have work to do." I tell her and she scoffs
"Whatever." she walks back over to the couch and collects her discarded clothes.
Amanda is what I would call my go to girl when I need... my needs to be met. Usually I don't go back for seconds, no strings, but she's decent at what she does and doesn't complain too much. She's there when I need her if there isn't anyone else, and she keeps me company without making me want to yell at her... most of the time.
"You know I'm getting tired of your bullshit, I don't have to do this for you ya' know" she says pulling up her lace thong and clipping her black bra that holds her large breasts.
"Please, you enjoy it just as much as I do." I chuckle
She smirks, "I guess, I do feel a little special.... since I'm the only girl you go back to, you must like me." she smiles
"I can deal with you. " I joke... kind of
"You're obnoxious" she rolls her eyes and pulls up her, too short of a skirt to be working in a law firm, I know, surprisingly she's smart.
"I try" I wink but she just scoffs
A ring of my office telephone interrupts our bickering, I lean back in my chair and reach out to grab it "What?" I ask expecting it to be one of my employees.
"When you answer the phone I expect a yes sir." my fathers deep gruff voice comes through the phone
I pull the phone away from my ear and curse, I place it back up to my ear "I apologise, what is it that you need Father?" I ask as Amanda comes over to me and sits on my lap before I can push her off
"Son, I need you to make an appearance at the charity ball tonight." he tells me
"Why?" I ask, not interested at all to attend.
"Because I said so, it looks good for the company and you know I'm over seas busy trying to keep the company going... did I make you CEO too fast?" He questions
I clench my fist turning my knuckles white, Amanda try's to listen but I push her away lightly she rolls her eyes and gets up "No sir I'll be there, send me the address." I tell him
