15. Unveiled

Beth finally pulled herself together; her eyes were reddish and puffy from crying; black circle was formed around her eyes from lack of sleeping. So she decided to sleep for a while. Her head was pounding as if someone was hitting her head with hammer. She went down and poured herself a cup of coffee and went to relax in the bathtub. Hot streams were brushing her body and she felt comfortable with that. After that she put on her favorite pajama and went to sleep.

Lisa was calling Beth and Liz for the past one hour but nobody was answering their phone.

Damn she cursed. What the hell happened to them? I swear if Felkon did anything I will kill him myself she said. She hurried to Beth's house.

She heard a loud snore; Beth was sleeping peacefully on her bed like a little girl.

Oh god not now Lisa said. It was very difficult to wake her from the sleep. She tried yelling her name; vigorously shaked her; nothing happened. Finally she got angry and went to bathroom to fetch cold water. She splashed the water on her faced.

Who the hell is that? How dare you? I will kill you myself you monster she said in her sleepy mood.

Shut up. Where is Liz?

You heard me. For god sake Beth wake up .There is no time for your sick games. Where is Liz?

She is busy right now with her boyfriend.

Lisa was frightened now.

What happened to you Lisa? You look like you have seen a ghost, Beth teased her.

Yeah everybody has seen a ghost, now stop your silly jokes. I asked to take care of her. Why the hell you left her alone with him?

Excuse me. I said she is with Steve. What are you suggesting me? Do you want me to watch her every time, even when she is with her boyfriend? It's disgusting, she yelled at her.

He is not Steve Beth.

What?! She was shocked.

I said he is not Steve.

How could you say that? I saw the way he fought that day. It has to be him.

No way. Are you crazy? Asked Beth.

My mother told me Beth. She will never lie.

She went to pick some stuff from her house.

Liz was packing her personal items in a travel bag. She picked up her clothes, books and other items she needed. She didn't know when everything was going to settle so she quit her job. She checked the clock; Steve has gone to gas station; he will be there in half an hour; I need to be ready before that she thought. She left her phone somewhere in this mess, couldn't find it anywhere. She went upstairs to pack bathing items. She didn't aware of a hooded figure behind her; the figure slowly held his sword towards her suddenly she moved to her right; his blow hit hard on the lamp beside her.

Liz was shocked to see the man. Suddenly she distracted him and grabbed his sword from him.

The man laughed bitterly and said, "Impressive".

Show me your face you coward, she yelled at him.

The man mocked her.

Suddenly they were blinded for a second by a bright flashing light.

He was frightened. Three swords were choking around his throat.

Lisa! Liz exclaimed. I will take care of him. I am sure you have lot to do in Scotia.

The hooded man was confused now.

Who are you? Beth asked the figure.

He slowly unveiled his face.

Steve! Liz was shocked. But she was still pointing the sword towards him.

No, he was not Steve yelled Lisa.

What!? Liz was confused.

He is Felkon in disguise. Why don't you tell her who you are? asked Lisa.

You are right. I am Felkon. How did you know me? He asked Lisa.

You think we are fools.

Yes, you all believed me until now. So who told you about me?

Lisa sighed and said, my mother.

Oh Sheila..He laughed. I almost forget about her. I have to thank her for this.

Why you did this to me? asked Liz angrily.

But you never came close to me as you did with him. Something stopped you. I thought you would be more fun. But I was wrong. So I changed my plans and come to fetch you, he said.

We won't let her to go with you, they both said to him.

He laughed at them. One day she will come to me willingly, he said.

I will never come to you but if I ever come I will kill you, Liz said.

You are such a coward to kidnap my little sister, Beth said.

Yeah but if I never helped you, you will be dead now, he winked at her.

She sighed.

You will never succeed Felkon. You are not fighting like a man; you are afraid of Scotia so you poisoned them. But it won't yield any good to you. You will suck you monster. You never knew what family and love mean. Do you? Liz said.

Do you know your family? Felkon asked Liz.

She was taken aback. Yeah Scotia was my home. Those people were my family, she said.

He laughed at her. Now you are looking pathetic Liz, he said. You said I am a monster. Look at them. He pointed towards Lisa. They are the monsters. They are the one who ripped your family from you. They betrayed you Liz.

Liz was shaking with anger now. You are wrong she screamed.

If so ask them. Do you know who you are? Do you know your father's name?

She looked at Lisa and Beth. Lisa lowered her eyes from Liz. Beth looked confused.

I am sorry Liz. I will explain everything to you but please let us go now, Lisa said.

What? No. I will never leave this place until you tell me. So everything you told me was a lie? She asked.
