"So," I said at the two. "the rudeness and the strict attitude that Joshua just showed me earlier is not an accidental act. But it's just a statement."
Victoria looked at me and stood up.
"Yeah." she seconded. "I guess."
Then she walked to me and kissed me on my left cheek. When I got her kiss, I felt like I was frozen for a bit with a nervous on my heart. Then I snapped myself out of it and smiled at Victoria.
"Thank you for that," Victoria said at me, smiling. "for not giving Joshua a punch back."
"It's okay." I said. "But, honestly, I wanted to punch Joshua back but I pulled it back, to, well, avoid some suspensions."
Victoria smiled at me as she holds my right hand. I and Victoria walked out from the clinic. We walked back to our classroom and sat on our chairs. When I reached my chair, I sat on my chair and my friends immediately noticed the cotton balls on my nose. They immediately walked to me and sat on their chairs.
"Are you alright, Alex?" Johnny asked at me.
I smiled at the boys.
"Yeah, I'm fine." I replied. "It kinda hurt but it's okay."
"I heard the news," Henri whispered at us. "and I pretty sure Victoria's gonna love that."
I looked at Henri and smiled.
"And why is that?" I asked Henri.
"Victoria loves guys who are not angry at himself." Henri said. "She doesn't like guys who are hard-headed and very hot-tempered. She like guys who are just calmed down and feels surrendered when something happened to them."
Tommy smiled at me.
"Maybe she likes you, Alex." Tommy said at me.
I looked at Victoria at the front and saw her smiling at me.
"Wish I may." I said back.
Three weeks later, I looked at Victoria one night and I started to wonder.
"This sounds crazy," I said at Victoria. "but I just want to know if you're already moved on from Joshua. Are you?"
Victoria smiled at me as she arranged her sideburns on her right ear.
"Yeah." she replied on a shy mood. "I've been moved on."
"So," I said as I moved my right hand to her left hand. "are you ready to start another?"
Victoria held her hands together and smiled at me with her happy mood.
"Why not?" she whispered. "It's you that I've been waiting for."
When I heard what she just whispered, I smiled at her as I lift my head to the skies.
"Oh, yeah?" I smiled. "I better start it now."
I stopped walking, looked at Victoria, held Victoria on my arms and smiled at her.
"Would you be that lucky man?" I asked.
I looked at Victoria and saw she didn't look at me so I let her go and we continued walking towards our house. But, suddenly, Victoria held my hand, pulled me towards her, and kissed me on my lips.
"Yes." she smilingly said at me. "I would probably say yes."
I felt happy and returned Victoria with a kiss. After we kissed, Victoria wrapped her right arm around my left arm and we held each other's hands as we walk home. I walked Victoria home before I walk to our house, which is just beside Victoria's house. When we reached her house, I and Victoria stopped at their front porch and Victoria kissed my left cheek goodnight. But before we separate ourselves, I and Victoria exchanged phone numbers and we saved them on our phones' directories.
