Laying on Justin's chest felt like the most comfortable thing in the world. His arm draped around my shoulder and it just made me feel so secured. I could feel myself falling for him more and more each day. When he twirled his fingers around my hair it made me smile contentedly. I've never felt this way with any one I've ever been with. I didn't want to give him up.

"You know, most couples don't stay in all summer and watch tv all day," Justin uttered as he continued to run his fingers through my hair.

"You're the one who always suggest we stay in," I replied with a smile.

"Do I?"

"Yes. You're always like 'oh wanna come over and watch movies?' or 'does a movie sound good for tonight?'" I deepened my voice in an attempt to sound like him.

Justin laughed, "Do I really sound like that?"

"A little," I giggled.

He pulled me into him further and kissed me on the forehead. We sat there silently for a while before Justin cleared his throat. "Mind if I asked you a question?"

"Sure." I replied as I sat up. The tone in his voice had changed, kind of hesitant, indicating that the question might be serious.

He sat up too, placing his arm around my shoulder. "Remember the night that we shared our first kiss?" He asked.

How could I forget it?

"Yes," I bit my lip to hide my smile.

"That was the night that you got into it with your parents, right?"

My smile faded almost instantly as I nodded. "Y-yeah."

"I uh, I saw the family picture on the floor before I left that night. There was another girl in it. Is that Lianna? The girl your mom was talking about?"

My mouth became dry and I was speechless. I was not prepared for Justin to ask me about her. But I guess with him being at my house all of the time and seeing pictures of a mysterious girl who he's never met, I should've known he would eventually ask.

"You don't have to tell me if it's too personal," he continued. "I was just curious."

"No, it's fine." I retorted." I feel like you have a right to know. I mean, I trust you and we're together." I sighed as I began to continue. "Lianna is my older sister. She used to live with us but, she moved about three years ago."

"Why?" Justin asked.

I shrugged, "Honestly, I'm not really sure. I was only fourteen and I didn't know much back then. All I know is that she hang around on the other side of town a lot. She was...popular I guess. Then towards the end of her senior year she became closed off. She distanced herself from me, my parents, even her boyfriend. I guess no one knew what was wrong."

"Do you know where she went?"

"No, but I think--"

My father knocked twice on my door before deciding to open it. His eyes landed on Justin and I, a dent in his eyebrow forming slowly.

Justin cleared his throat uncomfortably and backed away from me before muttering, "Sorry sir."

"It's fine, son." Dad nodded. "I'll let it slide this time, but right now Lacey and I need to talk. Do you mind?"

"Of course not," Justin uttered. He slipped on his shoes quickly before turning to me. "See you tomorrow?"

"Yeah," I nodded. I fought the urge to stand up and kiss him on the lips. I could tell he did too because he merely nodded his head and awkwardly turned to leave. Dad followed Justin to make sure he got out of the house I guess, before returning to my room and closing the door behind him. He sighed, a serious expression on his face.
