They got into his car and the first thing he said.
"So your name is Dorothy."
"No my nickname is Dottie. They know i don't like that."
"Did you tell them that."
"yeah they're just a bunch of dummies." I looked out the window
"Yeah..." After moment in silence I said
"You know i actually didn't live here in Washington."
"Where did'm you live?"
"Georgia."
"Wow how did you get over her."
"Well you never know where they ship you off too."
"Huh. Yeah..."
"Oh there is a few things you should know."
"What?"
"Uh... I have ADHD and i take medicine for it called Vyvanse. I also have some weird sleeping condition that i have to take 2 pills for. Clondine and Mirzapt- Something." They pulled up into Adam's Driveway.
"Here i have some of them left."
"So you have to take 3 pills a day?!?"
"No not exactly. For my ADHD i only take that pill on school days. My uncle said I.never needed it though. He said i focused more on games then my cousin."
"Wow..."
"But since i have new parnets and live in a new state you might be able to get me off all the pills."
"How long have you taken these pills?!" He said putting the car in park.
"My whole life?"
"WOAH... I thought my ADHD was bad. We're getting you off these pills."
(Adam's POV)
"Alright Alesa's gonna show you your room."
"Alright thanks." She reaches the pills but I moved them out of grasp.
"I'll hold to these."
"Ok'" She grabbed her back and Alesa took her inside.
I don't want her near these pills. i don't want her to get addicted. Damn her whole life?!? was her parnets trying to get her addicted.
Alesa noticed Adam still sitting in the car and got in
"Hey babe. What's wrong?" She sounded very concerned.
"These are.what's wrong." Adam showes her the pills.
"Are these Her's?!"
"Yeah... she had ADHD like me. she said she also has some kinda sleeping condition. She also said she's been taking them her whole life. I wanna get her off."
"They were prescribed weren't they?"
"Yeah but i have a feeling she is gonna get addicted and overdose."
"Like your mom did?"
"Yeah..."
"Well i think she's noticed us talking."
"Yeah we better get inside."
