Chapter: Two (Book Of Healers )

Nyomi's POV

"Excuse me?" I walked up to our Beta Kaydon, who was eating a Candy Cane with his mate Kitty, "What's up Healer?"

I gave him a look and he laughed, "What do you need Nyomi?" I smiled, "Is there a Library here somewhere?"

He nodded, "Sure, Drake!" He called. Drake rushed over, "Can you take Nyomi to the giant Library please?" I rolled my eyes, at the fact that Kaydon called someone else to do the job.

"Of course, come my dear" he gave a British like bow, and I laughed at his silliness.

For a good five minutes we walked down hallways after hallways until we reach a giant wooden door, on it there was some golden writing that said Library.

"Will you need some assistance finding a certain book?" He asked. I shook my head, "I'm good thank you."

With that he left and I opened the giant door to a new world it felt like. It was a giant room full of books. There were couches and comfy spots to read.

I got to work looking through all the isles. There were books about everything, animal, human body, mind, every supernatural creatures, and there were some I didn't even know existed.

I walked to the supernatural isle and pulled out a book on every creature that ever existed. I walked over to one of those hanging chairs and moved it over to a table. I then grabbed more books and made a pile of the ones I wanted to read.

I sat down on opened the Supernatural Creatures one. Then went by alphabetical order. I skimmed then pages looking for Werewolves. I finally found it after the Warlock chapter.

'Werewolves: They are humans that have the ability to change their form into a wolf, there are two living in one body the human and the wolf. Normal the wolf has a name and personality like the human. Like every supernatural creature they have soul mate-'

"Whatcha reading?"

I gasped and jumped dropping the book and looking behind me. There was Matt with a big smile on his face, "Sorry I scared you."

I grabbed a book and threw it at him. I gasped as the book hit him straight in his manhood. He fell to the ground groaning in pain, "I'm so sorry Matt!" I ran and gently touched his shoulders.

I felt the sparks and he grinned, "I'm fine, just in a bit of pain" he groaned again. As a Healer instinct I put my hand over his chest and used my powers to heal his pain.

After a minute he stood up, "Thanks Ny sorry for scaring you" he said so innocently. I blushed, "Well sorry for throwing a book at your..." I paused and felt my face becoming even more red.

He laughed, "I understand, what are doing in here?" I sat down on a couch, "Filling my head with the knowledge of books."

"What kind of books?" He asked tilting his head. "Just books that relate to supernatural creatures and stuff like that."

Matt kneel down and picked up the book I threw at him, "Hey this one says Book Of Healers." I immediately ran to his side and looked at the book in his hands.

"Let me see that!" I grabbed it from his hands and sat down. I could feel him rolling his eyes as he sat down with me.

I opened it up and began reading out loud.

"There are Healers in every supernatural life. They can heal almost every wound unless it is too great or the wound was made by dark magic. Healer can be of any creature and can be the mate of a different race."

I stopped as I felt fingers in my hair, "What are you doing?" "Playing with your beautiful hair." I looked at him and frowned, "I don't need someone playing with my hair."

"I'm your mate though so surly I have a right to play with your hair" he said tugging on a strad of hair.

I sighed and put the book down, "Matt I need some time for this whole mate thing, I used to relying on myself so this is very new to me."

He nodded, "I won't do anything until your ready to move on, come on Nyomi you've been in here for over an hour, so let's go get something to eat."

I felt my stomach grumble and nodded, I grabbed my handbag and stuffed the Book Of Healers in it then fixed my hair up a bit in a small mirror.

"Ready?" Matt asked opening the door. I smiled and walked out.

There. Some Nyomi and Matt time. Throughout this book it will be switching POV's so like Jarlan, then Nyomi, or Bree then Matt. I might add some different views too from different Characters. I hope you all have a lovely day today, tomorrow I'm going Christmas shopping for my big bro and I'm getting him Call Of Duty Black Opp 3 and his favourite candy :)
