Chapter: Fourteen (First Date)

Nyomi's POV

"How is Asher doing?"

Kitty stretched and yawned, "A little crazy that Raven is in the Kingdom by herself  but otherwise Alpha weird as usually."

"But she isn't alone," Alina said, "Jarlan and Bree went with her."

Kitty shook her head, "You know males possessive and hard-headed they don't like their females away from their side for more then a minute."

Harley smirked, "How does she go to the bathroom then?"

I looked at him, "Did you seriously just ask that?"

He gave a stupid grin, "I mean does he let her go for one minute and then rush into the bathroom to see if she's alright? Do they take showers together?"

"Ok!" Kitty shouted, "We get it, I mean Asher doesn't like Raven away from his side, any male who truly loves his mate does that!"

Harley smiled, "I know I was just messing with you, I'll be like that when I find my babe."

I rolled my eyes, His babe? wow.

"Raven needs a few days off, she's been acting really strange lately and it's not like her" Alina pointed out.

I though for a moment, she was being a bit odd for the past few days. "Maybe she's just going through some problems right now" I suggested.

Kitty tied her hair up and frowned, "If she is then it would be better if she told us so we can help her.

"Yes I know."

Suddenly a knock came at the door, "Come in!" Kitty yelled.

Jack walked in with a envelope in his hand, "I have a letter for little miss Nyomi" he winked at me.

I frowned, "Let me see" I ordered and ripped open the envelope and there was a letter inside, so I read it.

Dear Nyomi,

I have a slight favor to ask my girlfriend, you will not be seeing me all day until tonight, I would like you to wear the dress you bought a little while ago and be ready by 7:00pm and meet me in the back of the inside Garden.

I dropped the letter and gasped, "What is it Nyomi is something wrong?" Kitty asked getting to her feet, I sat down, "I think Matt is taking me on a date."

Alina and Kitty turned their heads to me, "What?!"

I gave them the letter and they read over it and then let out a giant squeal.

"Oh my gosh!" Alina said and grabbed my arm, "It's five fifteen now! We need to get your hair and makeup and your dress and some shoes! There's so much to do in so little time!"

I groaned as she and Kitty dragged me to my room and sat me down, "Alright, Alina you work on hair, give her a nice spring hairdo but nothing to flashy got it?" Kitty said to her.

"I understand!" She said and started brushing dark brown hair. "Ooh your hair is so soft."

"Thank you."

Kitty ran out of the room for a moment and came in with a makeup kit and I groaned.

"Close your eyes Ny, I'm not going to over do it I'll just be giving you a little natural look with a little spring idea" Kitty said.

I closed my eyes and felt the brush on my cheeks, eyeliner on my eyes, eye shadow lip gloss. Alina was still working on my hair when Kitty finished.
