Bonus Chapter: New Generation

Clyde's POV

"Kyle how are the border?" I asked looking down at my papers.

My Beta and cousin Kyle pulled out his report, "Garret took Thrion, Josh and Sol out this morning, there are no signs of the the rouges from last week. I'll keep telling the patrols to keep a watch out and be ready for anything."

I nodded thankful for the support of Kyle and my Third Garret. He was Erika's mate. I was approaching my first year of being Alpha and it was quite a busy year. Mostly it involved many rouge attacks but then the Alpha of the Dark Sky's pack challenged me thinking I wasn't as strong as my father Asher.

But he was wrong. And long story short I annihilated that Alpha and I doubt that hell ever challenge me again. 

"Clyde?" 

I snapped back into reality to see my brother Thrion and sister Winry outside of my office. 

"Yes come in."

Kyle walked out leaving us together, "Here Clyde" Winry handed me a present.

"What's this Winry? It's not my birthday yet" I joked and opened the present. 

Inside was a name plate that said Clyde Reon, Alpha of the Red Rising Pack. 

"Today is the anniversary of your first year of being Alpha" Thrion said. "So here's a present from us."

I smiled, "You guys really didn't have to get me anything. I've been Alpha for a full year so what? You guys aren't going to do this every year right?"

Winry ran her fingers through her black hair. It was a trait that all three of us had. "It's not just from us but from the whole pack." 

"And especially from Scarlet" Thrion said in an annoying tone. 

Scarlet was my mate from the Red Sunset Pack in Ontario, Canada. 

She joined my pack to become my Alpha female. We had wolves from all over the world in our pack. Kyle had a mate named Jeena from Cuba. Garret was a rouge who became Erika's mate and I made him my Third. Winry had a mate name Soltan or Sol for short. Thrion however got a pretty interesting mate as well. Artemisia the half Fairy and half Werewolf girl. She had a temper like no woman in the pack so his work was cut out for him. 

"Anyways Clyde come down to the Confrence room around 4 alright?" Winry said. Then they left.

Why? My wolf Spartan said.

Beats me.

I got pack to my paper work.

I remembered everything that happened in this year. Mom and Dad stepping down, meeting Scarlet, the Rouges and Alpha's challenge. And so many new wolves I brought into my pack. All of them so faithful to me and our Pack. Garret, Sol, Josh, Marty, Keki, Scarlet, Feyre and Brandon. 

Another thing that happened was our Healer Nyomi gave her position to her daughters. Alexis and Rayne, the Healer sisters we called them. Alexis was her adopted daughter but Rayne was her born daughter. Nyomi loved them both the same. 

Willow, Kyle's sister and my other Cousin had actually moved away to Scarlet's old pack to be their Beta female with her mate Ryan. Funny how that played out Scarlet comes here and Willow goes there. 

Then there was Harrix and Mayvris. My Cousins from the Warlock Kingdom. Harrix was the King now Actually. He found his mate and his mother and father stepped down. Aunt Rina and Uncle Darrow came by to see us every once and a while. Aunt Rina was my mother and Uncle Jarlan's half-sister from another mother. My mother was suppose to be the Queen but she became Alpha Female instead so Aunt Rina took over and she married a Warlock named Darrow, he became the King.

I looked at my clock and saw that it was 3:55pm. 

Guess I better go see what Winry wants I thought.

I got out of my office and walked downstairs and to the conference room. I opened to door and saw darkness. 

I grumbled and felt for the light-switch and flipped it.

"HAPPY FIRST YEAR ANNIVERSARY ALPHA!!!!" 

I gasped as my pack startled me there was a big banner across the top of the room. 

Winry walked up to me, "Glad you came" she winked.

I smiled and gave her a hug, "Come here little sis!"

Everyone was here and my parents walked up to me, "We're so proud of you Clyde" My mom hugged me.

"We know it's been a busy year but you've pushed through it well kiddo" my dad said. Thrion, Kyle, Garret and Scarlet all came and gave me a hug. Artemisia and Sol also came and gave me a hug, "Happy anniversary Alpha" she said quite gently.

"You both know that you don't have to be so formal with me, you guys are my brother-in-law and sister-in-law."

Sol nodded, "I know but I still am in debt to you for taking me in, thank you."

"You can pay me buy watching out for Winry ok?"

He nodded.

More and more of my pack gathered around me to hug me and congratulate me. 

For the Red Rising Pack it had been an interesting year. And there were many more to come while I was the Alpha.

So this is a little bonus chapter about Everyone's children and how their doing. There won't be a sequel to this book. If anything I might think about writing a Prequel about Thrion (Raven's father. Not her son) and before he became King. But I'm not sure about it.
