I get into bed and fall asleep thinking about how the dreadful interviews are tomorrow.
I wake up just as Sandy bursts into my room.
"Oh, you are all ready up. Well hurry up, you have to go back to the re-make center for interviews."
Great, the re-make center again. I hate that place. They take your identity their, as if the game itself doesn't already do that enough. I grudgingly get out of bed and head towards the dining room.
When I get their I see everyone is already up. That is when a thought pops into my head.
"Hey Sandy, why doesn't anyone have the Victors that help train us and all?"
She replies, "Ah good question, it is a new rule this year."
I nod my head to acknowledge her while I spread the butter on my toast. I realize that Zoe is refusing to look me in the eye. 'Eh it might have something to do with the fact that I got 12 and she got a 3...
I sit down at the table and start eating. By the time I am finished, it is time to go. Lets get ready for hours of torture.

Kian walks in and hands me my clothes, and leaves. I put them on and look into the mirror to see what I am wearing. Dark blue dress pants, and with a black t-shirt. On top is what catches my eye. A blue jacket, and whenever I make even the slightest movement, it ripples like water. My hair is combed neatly to the side, and they applied make-up to my face to make it appear more striking.
I exit the room to see Zoe in a dress somewhat similar to my jacket. We make our way to the elevator where we part ways. I head off to where Axel and David are waiting. They are both in nice tuxes. I guess my designer was the only creative one this year.

Before I know it, Zoe is coming off the stage. I head on the stage, and as soon as the people see my jacket you can here screams and applause. I think a couple people actually faint.
I sit down next to Twid Nickler, the "host" I guess you could say.
"So Ryder, a score of 12, almost unheard of. How did you do it?"
Wow dang starting off strong Twid.
"Well I just went in and showed what I could do, and I'm guessing what I had done earlier in training helped."
"Ah yes I see. So, are there any girls you like back home?"
"Not really, they don't even notice me half the time anyway."
He looks shocked when I see this. Fake shocked.
"Now how is that? A handsome man like you, you should have girls swooning over you."
Ha good one Twid.
"No, I kind of live in my ever so "Golden Boy's" shadow. He is my brother, so all the love goes to him." I replied. I am not sure if he caught it, but I was also talking about my family.
"Ah true, having Zach Finn as a brother does do that to a person. Anyhow, so why did you volunteer for Daniel Green? Friend? Cousin?"
I sigh before answering, "He is my best friend. Also, he has never been allowed to train because he has to help his family. What friend would I be if I let me best friend go in without any training?"
"Yes yes I see. That sure does make sense. Well Ryder Finn, tonight we have seen how great of a person you are." And just like that the timer goes off.
