Dauntless!Felix x Erudite!Reader (Divergent AU)

I fucking love the Divergent series and I figured that Felix would be a good dude for this one. It'll be really short but eh.

You looked across the classroom to a Dauntless boy. His hair was black and orange, and his tattoos... You couldn't help but sigh.

This is not very Erudite of you.

A voice in your head spoke. You argued with it.

Well, maybe I shouldn't be Erudite!

What are you saying?

When we can choose our new faction, I'm gonna choose Dauntless.

Over a boy?

Yeah.

That's not smart.

I don't care.

You ran towards the train to lead you to Dauntless. The Choosing Ceremony just ended. You never turned to your parents, afraid of their faces, during the ceremony.

As you climbed up the track posts that keep it up, you glanced to your right, seeing Felix - as you learned his name from listening in class.

He looked to you and smirked, climbing faster.
You struggled to keep up, but you finally got onto the side of the tracks.

When the train ran by, you were the last to hop on. Just in time, too - you almost fell off.

Almost.

Someone had grabbed your arm and pulled you inside. You looked to see Felix holding your arm.

"Er, uh, thanks," you stuttered.

"Welcome."

A pause, then he added, "I'm Felix. Welcome to Dauntless."

You were catching your breath.

"Name's (Y/N), and thanks."

He smiled at you. You shifted somewhat uncomfortably under his gaze.

"You'll be a great Dauntless person, you know that?"

You looked at him, blushing slightly. "Think so?"

"I know so," he smiled again, and this time you smiled back.
