I laugh as Michael carries me from the hotel to the car.

When he sits me down he quickly kisses me, making me smile.

I giggle as he walks around to the drivers side.

As he sits he leans over to me and kisses me again.

"You're being so touchy today, are you okay?"

He smiles, "I just love you."

"I love you."

"Now, let's go. I'm hungry. I want to go eat." He says.

"I'm scared. What if a fan sees us? What if Ashton finds out where we are?"

"You need to relax. We're supposed to be enjoying this time." He lightly chuckles.

I sigh, "I know."

"So, we'll go eat, with no worries."

-

"Stop kicking me!" I chuckle, kicking him back under the table.

"My love, I'm not doing anything." He innocently smiles.

I roll my eyes, trying to hide a smile.

We've been done eating for a while, we just don't want to leave yet.

I finally smile, "Have I ever told you how adorable you are?"

"You tell me a million times a day that I'm cute or adorable." He laughs.

"Well it's true!" I defend, lightly giggle.

"We're so cute."

"We are. And it doesn't matter what anybody says, or thinks." I reply.

He smiles, grabbing my hands across the table.

"It really doesn't matter."

"I'm happy." I smile.

"Good. You deserve it. You're the greatest person in the world and I hope you know that." He says.

"Michael, I-" I stop when I look over and notice a girl with her phone out, directly pointed at us.

"What?"

"I thought we'd actually be able to have a normal dinner, but I forgot, we can't." I sigh, removing my hands from his and leaning back.

When Michael turns, she quickly puts her phone away, and he quietly groans.

"I'm so sorry."

"It's fine. We're gonna have to get used to this. We're not a secret anymore." I weakly smile.

He sighs, "I know, it sucks."

"I guess this is the new normal for us."

"It'll be okay. I'm very happy to be with you, and I don't care what any fan, or family member, says. Our relationship is our business, nobody else's. It's just us, baby." He smiles.

"Why me? What did I do to deserve you?" I say, giving him a small smile.

"Please, I'm the lucky one. How did I manage to end up with you? How did I even get you to give me a chance? Like, how did we move past friends?"

"You know exactly how that happened."

"Okay, it was embarrassing. I try to forget it." He mumbles.

"What? You try to forget you almost puking because of how scared you were?" I laugh.

"Grace..."

"It was cute! Babe, you were shaking and and stuttering. You wouldn't even look up at me, you were looking at my feet." I giggle.

"I was scared you'd get mad I was asking you on a 'secret date' because I thought Ashton really like, controlled you. I thought you'd yell at me for trying anything." He lightly chuckles.

"You were so adorable, you made me feel all fuzzy when you asked. And again, it was so cute, the secret date."

"We just hung out watching movies and eating pizza at my place, I felt like an idiot because I couldn't do something really nice." He mumbles.

"No, I loved it. It was such a relaxed first date. And I was with you. You made it amazing." I tell him.

Our 'secret first date' was really great, even though Michael always seems to be upset over how relaxed it was. He couldn't help it, it wasn't his fault we had to hide from Ashton.

I sigh, "I think we should head out. I'm so tired, I just wanna cuddle."

-

"Do we have to go home tomorrow?" I ask as Michael pulls me close to him.

He sighs, "Unfortunately, yes, we do. I have the band, your brother is annoying and I'm pretty sure Becca can't wait another day to see you."

"I don't like Ashton. Why is he so mean to us? Why does he hate us? Is it really that horrible that we're together?" I question.

"He just really loves you and Bec. He cares for you, and wants the best for you. He just thinks that... I'm not the best for you, I guess."

"But you are. Don't think you aren't, Michael. You're the best boyfriend ever. Please don't ever think you aren't good enough."

"I'm just so scared he's gonna be right. I'm so afraid of hurting you." He whispers.

"You won't. I trust you. I love you, you're amazing." I tell him, looking up at him.

"I'm sorry for everything I've done." He chokes out.

"Babe, don't cry. What's going on?"

"I just- I don't know. I don't want to fuck up. I'm just sorry for my past and I'm sorry if I ever do anything to upset you." He mumbles.

"Stop doubting everything. I love you, and we're okay. Everything is okay."
