RILEY'S POV

its been a week since the accident and there's been no sign of her waking up my dad and her mam said they think its best if they take her of life support and stop her from suffering but last night as I was about to go home as I had school today but its after school now i saw her heart rate had strengthened and she looked like she was trying to open her eyes but she couldn't but today its weird her body temperature is normal again she looks like a sleeping princess she has finally got her colour back in her face and now she is finally off life support her mam and my dad don't know yet their still at work but is coming soon and her mam is working the night shift.

2 hours later

as i walked in to get something to eat and something to drink i finally sat down and at my sandwich i remember she told me her favourite sandwich was chicken and stuffing the fun thing is that's my favourite to it may sound funny im talking to my self well what can i do my sister is in hospital because of her mam and me and I don't know when she will wake up but when she does i will swoop her into a hug and tell her im sorry. as i had finished my sandwich and put the rubbish in the bin i sat down in the chair beside her bed i get a message off my mate saying he coming to the hospital i said ill see you in ten. as i put my phone in my pocket i put my hand in her and that's when i felt a slight pressure on my hand and as i looked at her face her saw her ocean blue eyes flutter open so did her long thick eyelashes she kept opening and closing for a couple of seconds when she said

"hey what did i miss"

i couldn't reply all i could do was pull her into a hug and repeat over and over again with tears in my eyes " im sorry im s.s.s sorry if i had come for you sooner you wouldn't be in this mess you could be at the beach with you're mates living your life instead of being stuck in this hell hole of a hospital"

she got hold of my shoulders "its not your fault im here it mine its my problem since my dad died ive had anxiety and depression and eating disorders but from now on im going to move forward in life and im going to start school again and by the way i heard you the night of the crash why did you hide it why didn't you just tell me but ive got something to tell you "

before she could finish her sentence i cut in half way through i said" i know you cant  return my feelings so i was think could we please forget this ever happened and begin again from the start pl.."
