Chapter 1: Introduction

Taurtis' POV

The funereal just ended, Sam was already buried. I looked at Sam's grave... 1998- 2015. "We could've saved him." J said while he patted my back. "I know J... I know..." I said while I touched his grave. He died a little while back, but it wasn't a normal death. No, it was suicide, he killed himself pretty much.

"Taurtis, are you ok?" Yuki asked while she joined up with me. Dom came along and kicked the gravestone. "Good thing he's dead, I hated him." He said while I pushed him. "Show some respect..." I told him. "Yeah I'll be fine, Yuki. It's just he was like a brother to me... I shouldn't have let this happen..."

"He's probably much happier now, he was going through a lot of pain..." Grian told me while I nodded. Everyone but us already left, and Dom already got bored so he left us behind. "It's kind of all just because of that one day... That one day..." I said while I snuffled and sniffled. "Taurtis don't blame yourself. It's everyone's fault, we pushed him into doing it... He was a great guy... Much better than Dom..." Yuki said while she looked at the grave.

"Yeah, let's go, maybe we can still catch the new Hunter X Hunter episode." J said while I walked along with the two. I wish things didn't end up like this, I really do... If I only I could go back in time and change it all... But now, I can only replay what I remember...
