I drove and drove and drove, until finally I reach a 2 story yellow house. There were two flower beds sprouting with sunflowers, 5 each side of the door. The widows glistening. And the sprinklers spinning. Such a perfect home, just how I remember it. I get out my car and knock on the house door. One minute later the door opened to dark haired Greek doll I have always loved, Marina. "Omg I can't believe it's you!" She squealed. "Can you at least greet me before you get all excited?" I giggled. "Forgot greetings let's catch up!" She pushed me into the house . I followed her into her room. The room was plain. A comfy chair in the corner with a pillow that read "M" stitched in blue that sat on top of it, a bed dressed in white sheets, a wardrobe, and a window with Cati plants that sat in front of it.
"I see you went from fan crazed Iggy pop kid to plain Jane" I said as I entered the room. "Yep gotta go on with life sometime." She replied. Me and marina had been best friends since 10th grade. When high school ended we only talked by phone. Then we just drifted away from each other. "Tell me everything I missed." Marina begged.
