Fading Hazel

She has a pretty face

& bright eyes

Walks with her hazel hair

swiftly, cold as ice

And don't dare meet her eyes

for she could give nothing more than hate

To see her face is to know nothing

of her disposition and dismiss

She isn't grace

She has done things, for what a bitch she is

and smiles at her private jokes

as she deceives before one knows

She could walk

but it could never feel the same

When you lose someone

how to move with the same old pace ?

Let the world mercy

I couldn't care

Things that don't come to you

no one deserves as hell

I wrote this poem when I was 17 years old.

First of all, this poem does NOT describe my emotions. Many people think that it's all mine. :D

Secondly, this poem is not in a criticising tone, but it is in an empathetic tone; since in this poem I'm trying to describe a girl's negative emotions & attitude through my Point-of-view.

That girl used to be a random mean girl from my school. She was in my class also, when I was 15 years old.

I am trying, to not just to build a psychological reason for her such mean behaviour to people, but also pointing out, everyone out there, just like her....

Those people, who had a broken past &, not enough faith in themselves to recover everafter. So such people insult you, hurt you & cheat you.
NO I'm not promoting them. Becoming someone like them, is becoming a loser. I'm sorry to say.

Lastly, I titled it- Fading hazel. Because this girl is now fading or losing her liveliness to become darker shade, gradually. She is coming closer to the black colour, to the darkness.

So this girl with hazel coloured hair, is fading hazel. She is losing her lively energy.
