Hey! I'm Anna and I will show you how to become more flexible!

I will be writing about back, leg, shoulder, and overall flexibility.

I know, from my personal experience, how hard it is to push yourself. But make sure that you keep going-- you won't be able to get that desired result if you don't!

Format:
-         I will give you stretches from the categories: shoulders, legs, and back.
-         The number at the end of each chapter title will be the week you should be on.

                   (Example: "Back Stretches Part 1" is for the first week)

-         Each week you should be doing the exercises from that chapter every day.
-         Make sure to warm up before doing these exercises.
-         If you don't want to go by my schedule, pick and chose any exercises you like!
