Chapter 1 ♥

Nina's POV

Beep Beep Beep.

I woke up to the sound of my alarm buzzing my ear off. I picked up my iPhone 4s and snoozed the alarm. I checked the time 7:15. I guess I'm gonna be late for school today. I got up out of my bed and put on my pink fuzzy bunny slippers and headed to the bathroom. I turned on the shower and let it run til it was warm. I hopped in and rinsed off. I took my towel off the hook and dried off. I mosturized and wrapped the towel around my body. I took my glittery pink toothbrush put Crest toothpaste on it and brushed my teeth. I darted to my closet to pick out my outfit.

I put on a blue tie front sleeveless blouse, striped pants that fit my curves just right, my Madden Girl combat boots, and my leather biker jacket. I went back to the bathroom and did my makeup. I spreaded Maybelline BB Fresh Cream on my face, I get a light color because I have a complexion of a mixed European and Mexican, then applied eyeliner and Rimmel London mascara. Then took my babylips lipbalm ,the blue and pink one, and applied it to my perfect lips. I picked up my curling iron plugged it in and waited a minute for it to heat. I curled my hair and finally I was ready. Damn I looked sexy.

I dashed down the stairs took a granola bar out of my pantry and grabbed my keys, my two books, my bag and I headed to my car. A Lexus. You can say im kinda rich. Well my parents are. I hopped in my car and shut the door. I slid the keys into the ignition. Then I was off.

10 minutes later

I finally arrived at school. I go to Miami College of Performing Arts. MPA. I'm a 18 year old freshman.

Mya: NINA !!!

I turned around to see my best friend Mya charging towards me. My name is really Anina. Anina Rivera. Nina is just a nickname.

Nina: MYA !!!

I ran towards her and gave her a big hug.

Mya: You missed 1st period where were you ?

Nina: I woke up late.

Mya: Oh well we got a few minutes to chill before 2nd period

NIna: Ok

I sat down with Mya on the wooden bench by the tree for shade. Mya is really pretty she has natural curly hair she is mixed too. She blexican but had light skin. Mya and I do this thing where we rate boys 1- 10.

Mya: Look at him he's a 7

Nina: No babes he's a 8

Mya: Him over there 9

Nina: Agreed

Mya: Him eww a 3

Nina: Negative 3 Haha

Mya: What about him

My jaw litterally dropped. This fine ass dude comes out of a Mercedes-Benz. He had a poofy black afro, strongly built body, and nice brownish smooth skin. He was walking towards us.

Nina: 10

Mya: He is coming this way get you someee.

NIna: Omg how do I look ?

Mya: Fine im just gonna disappear. Bye

Nina: Wait..

Mya sprinted out of the bench and left.

The fine dude finally made it to me. I cracked a smile and looked up at him.

Prince: How you doin ?

Nina: Good and you ?

Prince: Fine may I ask your name ?

Nina: Anina but you can call me Nina

Prince: Nice to meet you Nina

He grabbed my hand and gave it a peck. I melted... His lips are so soft against my snmooth skin.

Nina: Umm you too whats your name ?

Prince: Jacob. Jacob Perez, but you can call me Prince beautiful.

Nina: OK Prince.

Prince: Well I have to get to class but give me your number so I can hit you up sometime.

Nina: Ok

We exchanged numbers and went to class.
