Analyzing Cliche (On Hold)

Chapter 2 - Epiphany

It was 11:00AM when it hit me.

I know what am going to do.

It was so obvious. Mrs. Krow told us to go out and find cliché.

There is a cliché every where, you just have to look closely.

I slammed my tray on the table startling Lynn Parker, I mentioned her before didn't I?.

"Sorry"

"So, what's got you excited"

"I just figured out something"

She leaned forward, intrigued."something like..."

I opened my mouth to speak but that was when a certain someone decided to join our table.

"Hello friends" he said in his creepy Kakashi way that always freaks Lynn and I out.

"David, you have to stop doing that" Lynn shrieked. David just laughed.

"So what were you two talking about"

"Well if you must know I was about to tell Lynn one of my most shocking  discoveries"

"Oh really" he said dryly, brow quirked.

"Yes, Lord Know-It-All, I just decoded Mrs. Krow' assignment"

"Welcome to the future" he said in a robotic voice. Making Lynn laugh.

I threw my milk carton at him. "Ha ha ha, laugh now but we'll see who is laughing when I have an A and you have an A minus."

"Oh woe betide me" he said in mock fear, hands shielding his face.

I rolled my eyes at him. I don't tell him my plan, yet. I'm not sure if I need help. I'm not even sure of this plan.

Cliché, how do you spot a cliche?

I mean its not like they have arrows pointing clichés, clichés hot and ready come and get it.

I sigh and get up from the table to start my research and what better place than the library.

As I get up I accidentally bump into someone. A girlish shriek is heard. I turn and face a very irritated red-head.

Ladies and gentlemen introducing the popular girl. Ashley Benson. She is your everyday average popular and contrary to what you might think she is not an evil blood sucking demon most of the time.

"Watch where your going are you blind or what?" She poodle yelped.

Well what do you know. Ask for something and you'll get it. A cliché right at my doorstep. So what I do? Do I reply? Do I just stand there?

Being preoccupied I said nothing causing Ashley and her side-kicks to push past me.

Whoa I really need research.

How am I supposed to analyze a cliché, when I know nothing about them?
