*Natalie's POV*
I have been sat with Tara for the past few hours just talking and catching up. This girl is the best thing to ever happen to me and I'm so proud to call her my best friend. I have to admit we haven't always agreed on a lot of things and that has caused some fights but they are the things that have brought us closer together and I'm happy things haven't been perfect. It has made me realize how precious someone like Tara is to me and we are a lot closer now. My life couldn't be better. Tara is okay. Max likes Tara. Tom doesn't know I'm his sister. Siva's condition is getting better. I couldn't be happier.
I was brought out of my thoughts by a pillow hitting my face. I instantly turned around to see Tara stood on her hospital bed holding another pillow. I know where this is going. I picked up the pillow she threw at my, with quite some force may I add, and threw it back. Feathers went everywhere as we kept hitting each other. I was currently on the floor with Tara sitting on me repeatedly hitting me with the pillows, when we heard a knock on the door. The door opened, and because my head was currently facing the floor of Tara's room I only heard the voice,
"Looks like you girls are happy!" I instantly pushed Tara off me and she fell next to me with a thud. I crawled from the floor to face the cheery smile of my mother, standing in the doorway, holding popcorn, sweets, ice cream and DVD's like Avatar and Disney Classics.
"Mum, what's all this?! Not meaning to be rude but why are you here?"
"Nat, Jay phoned me and told me what happened. So I brought everything you girls would need to have what you call 'Chummy Night' and drove here. You didn't tell me you had been hanging with Tom and the boys. How is he?" Me and Tara both laughed at the thought of 'Chummy Night'. It was something we would do to help each other during rough times or when we were feeling down. We would grab lots of sweets and food and our favourite DVD's and just sit down and enjoy the time together. We both ran up and hugged my mum, so does so much for us, just to keep us happy. I love her so much.
"Mum, the thing is, Tom doesn't know I'm his sister. Sure he remembers he has a sister at home but he doesn't remember what she looks like, that's why I have tried to stay away from him. I don't want him remembering all the times we had together and try to apologise, I don't want to hear his apologies."
I was instantly embraced into a hug from my mum.
"Love, I didn't know. He is stupid for not remembering his sister. I'll get going before he realizes I'm here. Goodnight Tara! Night sweets."
Mum was just about to walk out of the door, when it opened.....
*Tom's POV*
Max and Jay really wanted Natalie and Tara to come with us as Tara was allowed out for the night, and we were just going to the restaurant near the hospital.
I was heading towards Tara's room and didn't look through the door when I opened it, but when I looked up I noticed someone else in the room.
"Mum, what are you doing here?"
