Chapter Four

Where are you?

Wonwoo wondered as he walked around the house. 1,402 days and counting - Wonwoo still wakes up each morning hoping to find the same warmth he used to enjoy next to him.

He'll admit. He's lonely.
He wanted love but maybe love wasn't right for him.

Sighing, Wonwoo decided to take a walk at the nearby park. The warm sun rays were felt upon his face as he gazed around the playground. Children here and there, ducks by the pond and couples on the benches.

It all felt like a dream to Wonwoo but he snapped back into reality when he heard laughs coming behind him.

That laugh...I know that laugh.

Wonwoo turned around and was greeted by the presence of these two tall males. The closer they got, the more familiar their faces were.

"M-Min-..."

Before he knew it, the two walked out of his sight.

"-gyu..."

His eyes started burning as the hot tears rolled down his cheeks.

Mingyu...he didn't even dare to look at me. Does he not remember me? The one he loved so long ago? How can he just forget about me so quickly? He's happy now but what am I?
