Chapter 10.

Riley's P.O.V
Today is a nerve racking day for Axel, Nori and I. Only because we're going to court, it's going to be a one day type thing so yea. At the end of today we'll know who gets Nori. I just feel so bad for her, putting her through all this bullshit because Lisa is a thirsty bitch.

I've never ever in my life felt so uncomfortable being who I am, it's because of me that this happened and it'll be my fault when Axel never gets to see Nori again. I just hope I don't screw this up.

"Riley what d'you think looks better with the suit, bow tie or tie tie?" Axel asked as he came out in one of his famous black suits with a bow tie and tie tie. "Tie tie for sure." I said. "Tie tie it is." He said as he threw the bow tie at me.

I was ready, wearing a suit he borrowed me. Once upon a time he was as small as I am, can you believe it? I sure can't. Nori was sitting next to me playing with her doll. I dressed her in one of Samantha's favorite dresses, thankfully Sammy likes sharing things with Nori.

The dress is white and knee high, her shoes white little flats with a bow and her hair done in cute little ponytails. She looked adorable like a little cute baby, only older and bigger. She was oblivious to the situation, she was fully occupied by her doll. I can just see the hell that would break loose in this place if someone took it from her.

"Dada I wanna tie your tie tie." Nori said as she put her doll down. "Come on then." Axel said opening his arms. She ran over to him and I decided to pick her up before he could. "Yeet." I said as I swept her into the air. Axel chuckled as she giggled.

I held her close to his tie as she giggled. Axel but his hands on my waist and held me there as Nori did his tie. I looked at the mirror in front of us and smiled. "Would you look at us, we look like a happy family." I said making Nori and Axel look in the mirror.

Nori clapped her hands and kissed both on us on the cheek. We smiled and in return kissed hers. "I love you guys so much." She said. "We love you too." Axel and I said at the same time. She started clapping again only this time she was bouncing up and down.

That was the first time she'd said she loves us both, it made me happy and a little less nervous about today. But of course my nervousness was a lot more than my happiness.

We got to court and we were about four hours in before they called a break. We walked out the court and went to get some water from a nearby table. "Dada I'm hungry." Nori whispered into my ear. "Hey Axel, Nor-Nor is hungry." I said.

"You guys go ahead, it's really only me who has to be here." He said. "Do you want me to get you something?" I asked. He shook his head and took a sip of his water. "Nah I'm good, you go and come back whenever." He said as he kissed Nori and I's cheeks.

"I love you." He whispered. "I love you too." I whispered back before kissing him gently. I pulled away before he could kiss back because Nori pushed my face away to peck his cheek.

"I love you Dada." She said. "I love you too Nor-Nor." He said back. We waved at him as we walked away before Nori stopped me. "Dada my dolly." She said as she tugged at my hair. I sighed and went back to see a man with the doll.

"Hey excuse me, that belongs to her." I said pointing at Nori. "Oh I'm sorry, I just found it at the table. Here you are." He said before giving it to Nori. "Thank you mister." She said as she took her doll. "No problem." He said and finally looked up.

"Grant." I said smiled. "What's up Ri." He greeted back with a handshake. "Dada who's this?" Nori asked. "Your uncle Grant." I answered. She smiled and reached for his hair. "You have pretty hair Uncle." She said as she rubbed it between her small fingers. "Thanks Nor-Nor." He said.

"So dude, what are you doing here?" I asked. "Support man and to say I'm sorry for helping satan over there." He said jabbing his finger over his shoulder pointing at Lisa. I chuckled. "It's okay, she was going to kill you." I said. He smiled before hugging me.

I hugged back and we pulled away from each other. "Man, were going to jump?" He said. "Once I got up there I changed my mind but I was so scared I lost my common sense and couldn't get myself back inside, thankfully Axel came to save me." I said. He smiled and he was about to open his mouth and Nori put her finger on his lips.

"No more conversationing, I'm hungry." She said, speaking like a British queen. I smiled and said bye to Grant before taking her to the car. We came back as soon as we were done to support Axel. Now we were waiting to be told who gets to keep Nori and I'd never been more nervous in my life.
