Alyssa's POV
I woke up, lying on my bed dressed in my laced night dress. What happened? The last thing I remember is being in the kitchen, how did I get in bed...is Trey back?
I slowly got out of bed, walking around the house calling his name, there was no luck. I was about to go back to my room when I felt arms wrap around my waist.
"Calm down ma, it's just me." I turned around to face August.
"August what are you doing here?"
"I came to see you baybeh."
"Don't call me that." I said with attitude
"Wait, hollup. What's with the attitude?"
I just glared at him, is this nigga seriously asking me this?
"If you haven't realized, I've just lost my whole relationship." He came up to hug me, surprisingly I hugged back. I took in his scent and instantly felt safe in his arms
"I know ma and it's my fault. I'm sorry, let me make it up to you ite?" I slowly nodded as a response. What the hell am I doing? It's like my body has a mind of its own, I didn't even hesitate when he grabbed my hand and led me to my room. I can't believe that I just surrendered so quickly.
I knew what was coming next, but I never stopped him. He started to take off my night dress, but I never stopped him. Even when he placed himself at my entrance, looking up at me to ask for my permission, giving me a chance to stop him. I never stopped him. I'm glad I didn't because we didn't just have sex, we made love. I know I wasn't the only one who felt the sparks.
August was only making it 10x better by whispering sweet things into my ear,
"Let me take care of you baybeh."
"I'll make you mine if you let me"
"I'll give you the world and more, just trust me"
But that wasn't it. What really topped it off for me was that he mentioned the three words.
"I love you"
After that, I knew that all the feelings I had been burying for so long, were coming alive. I was falling for August...hard.
