As Alayla and her siblings, including Adam. They stood around as they lower Hayley into the grave.

"Her being part of this is what got her killed. Its my fault." Adam said with tears in his eyes.

"Adam, her being part Sanderson is what got her killed." Alayla admitted

"We are not a curse Alayla." Alessandro responded.

"But how many more of our family is going to die because of us!" She responded before her phone starting to ring. It was Caroline. "Hello?"

"Alayla, you miss the memorial service we had for Tyler's mom."

"Sorry love, but we are here burying Hayley." Alayla said, she then started to walk away as they finish digging her up. "Besides its my fault that Hayley is dead." Alayla whispered.

"No its not. She trick you, you shouldn't feel bad." Caroline said to her.

"I feel bad because she was family. She was my responsibility. She had no idea about her childhood, she had no family and her step mother threw her out."

"I'm sorry Alayla, you're right." Caroline said "I just wish you were here. Tyler is spiraling and is angry."

"Well he lost his mother, he suppose to." Alayla responded.

"Well he's annoyed they keep calling her mother's death an accident. A polite way saying she was drunk"

"Do you think Klaus has something to do with it? Like with Hayley." Alayla said to her.

"Well, I don't think she drown in her martini glass. Just get over here, I can't do it alone." Caroline said and Alayla nodded.

"Alright, sweetheart see you soon." Alayla said before hanging up. As she was about to when her phone rings.

"Stefan?" Alayla said "what trouble have you gotten into?"

"How do you feel daggering an original vampire?" Stefan said and Alayla felt a mischievous grin appear.

As Alayla walked down to the hall she looked for Rebekah. She heard her surroundings as she walked down. The smell then hit her the familiar smell as she turns around she sees him..

"Elek.." Alayla whispered. Before he injected with blue monkshood. Causing her to become unconscious.

Elek look down at her and warmly smiled at his unconscious sister.

"Sorry brute but I need to put an end to this." He said and he grabbed carrying her into the library. He tied her with rope filled with blue monkshood. Elek then heads back out and as he walking down the hall he sees Caroline walking in front of him.

He felt the feeling when he first had saw her. Since a long time. He believed he'd forgotten about her. He approached closely to her.

"Hello Caroline." Elek said and Caroline immediately turns around shock.

"Elek.." She whispered. "What are you--"

"I'm here to put a end to it, love." Elek said approaching even closer. She held her stake up to him and he slowly grabbed it from her hands. "Darling, that won't stop me.. Please do not make me harm you. I do not want to harm you.."

"Then don't do this.." Caroline whispered to him gently as she try to get to him "you're not this person.. This isn't you."

"Caroline believe me when I say I don't want to harm you, I'm doing this for my family and for you Caroline. Just come with me."

Caroline decides not to fight Elek. He shows her the way without forcing and she didn't fight either. Kol waited at the library door and rolled his eyes.
