19: Eleanor

Alayla stood in the farm running around with Elek along her side. Leonardo, Archelaus, and Tessa watched them as they played a game.

"Brother, you have to be faster than that!" Alayla laughed as she ran through the field.

"You my sister would be caught!" Elek teased as he chased her. They both laugh. Soon the rest of the siblings join in the fun chasing Alayla.

Alayla soon was stop by a pair of arms. She turns to see her mother who pushes her down to the ground with anger. The rest of the siblings stop and step back a bit looking at their mother afraid of her.

"You pathetic creatures, run around laughing while your father is hunting with your older siblings." Eleanor scold then all. She looks down at her daughter and grab a thick branch next to her. She picks it up and starts beating Alayla as she cradles herself into a ball trying to shield herself from the blows from her mother.

As the siblings stayed back afraid to step in. They watched as Alayla was beaten with the thick stick as they watched her cry in pain.

"Mother!" Alayla cried as her skin turned red as her mother beat her. Eleanor drop the branch and grabbed Alayla by the hair as the tears flows down her cheeks.

"Don't call me that!" Eleanor yelled at her "I might have given birth to you but does not mean I want you as my daughter! I want you quit your pathetic crying and get back to work. Just you!"

She then lets go of Alayla as her wounds began to heal but the emotional wounds wouldn't heal. As Eleanor told the rest of the siblings to walk away and have fun somewhere else leaving Alayla alone in the ground. Eleanor came back and grab Alayla by the arm tugging her up with anger.

"You are going to go out there and bring me a human." Eleanor ordered her "you are going to bring him or her alive."

"Mother, please don't make me do this." Alayla begged "I cannot kill do not make me kill. Do not make me spill innocent blood."

"Disgrace, you are a werewolf is in your nature!" she yelled at her "now do it or you will find yourself vanish! You have until nightfall."

Eleanor then left as Alayla laid in the ground crying. She didn't like to kill nor did she want to be vanish.

It was dawn. Alayla had few little time now. she had to find a human. As she walked through the woods. She found a man walking around the woods. Alayla felt the tears in her eyes. He seem to be hunting. The man soon notices her and approaches her.

"Miss?" The man said. Alayla looked at him with tears in her eyes. "are you alright?"

"No, my mother had threaten to vanish me." Alayla cried "if I do not find what she wants.. I will lose everything."

"What is it that you are looking for?" The man asked her "I may be able to assistance to you, my lady?"

"Yes, you can." Alayla said approaching as the tears fell down. She held her fist and knock him out. The man collapse to the ground as Alayla grabbed him and drag him back to the home.

Alayla went back to the small home. As she brought the man dragging all the way to her mother. Eleanor watched her daughter bringing the man.

"You made it. " Eleanor said approaching her daughter.

"Mother, please let him go. He has not done any harm to our family." Alayla said with tears in her eyes "you cannot kill this man."

"Oh, I can. and I will." Eleanor said as her eyes became electric blue. She then crouches down man but Alayla pulls the man away from her.

"Do not do this!" Alayla cried "We do not have to be murders, mother."

Eleanor stood up and walked over to Alayla. She then punctures her fist through her chest. Grabbing Alayla's heart squeezing it.

"Do not tell me what to do or I will end your life, you pathetic parasite."

Eleanor lets go of Alayla's heart making easy for Alayla to breath again. She then pushes Alayla to the side and approach the man tearing into his insides.

After months has past by. Arasto, Alessandro, and their father had left to hunt once again. Esteban brought his daughter a horse to keep her company. A black steed. He was beautiful and this horse meant so much to Alayla because it kept her company and she love to ride it around the field.

Alayla the soon had more horses since she loved them so much. It was the only things that kept her company when her mother shield her away from her siblings.

Alayla return one day from seeing Archelaus and Priam, when she return to the farm to find the stalls where the horses stayed on fire. She heard her cries from the horses.

"No.." Alayla immediately ran towards the stall and tried to get in but the fire was to high and there wasn't anything that could've been done to save the horses.

Alayla fell onto her knees seeings the one thing she felt that brought her happiness gone. Footsteps were heard behind Alayla.

"I told you to stay away from my children." Eleanor said "you disobeyed me."

"Why!" Alayla yelled "they're my family! I can't be alone. I don't want to be alone!"

"You do not have any family, parasite!" Eleanor yelled "you never will have a family, not have a happiness for what you are! I want you to go! before I burn you along with your horses! Now!"

She yelled. Alayla saw the look in her eyes. Filled with hatred and anger. Alayla ran away from the scene with tears in her eyes. She ran away from her small home and out to the Lone world.

Flashback over

Stefan and Damon sat in te bar drinking. Eleanor walked by them.

"Hello Salvatores." Eleanor sad with a grin "Mikael told me I'll find you two at a bar."

"What are you his partner in crime?" Damon scoffed. Eleanor then fist his chest grabbing his heart.

"Most likely yes." Eleanor spoke "now tell me where is my daughter.. Alayla. Along with the abomination of Klaus."

"I don't know what you're talking about?" Stefan mocked. Eleanor twisted Damon heart more making him wince in pain.

"Tell me where! " Eleanor yelled. Squeezing Damon's heart in her hand.

"Alright!" Stefan responded "your daughter is in mystic falls. And I'll be able to drag Klaus back as well."

Eleanor lets go of Damon's heart and smile with grin.

"Thank you, gentlemen." Eleanor said.

"Wait, we know what would Mikael do to Klaus but what would you do to Alayla?" Stefan asked in curiosity.

"For my daughter Alayla, she'll not live to see morning." Eleanor smirked at the two boys "I am going to yank her heart out."

Eleanor leaves the bar and Damon lets out breath. He couldn't believe it.

As Alayla looked into the fire place. She look at the picture of her mother thinking about all the things her mother had done to her didn't made feel hate it made feel sadden.

"I don't understand." Alayla said in a low whispered "why you treat me like a disgrace. I've done nothing but love you and respect you.."

She felt the tears roll the her cheek. She didn't understand why her mother hated her. Alayla's phone kept ringing and it was Damon who kept calling her but she didn't bother to answer. After what Klaus told her about her mother making a return. All she could hope it to be a rumor.
