chapter 15

well i did it! i wrote and edited a chapter so i could post it before monday! be proud! the next one probably wont be for a few more days cause im going out of town for the weekend. im also tired as fuck, so im gonna go to sleep now :) please dont forget to VOTE, COMMENT, and FAN!! :D

I jolted awake screaming. I had a dream of the stabbing, only this time it was Alex being stabbed instead of Zack.

"Are you okay?" Jack said frantically. He, Alex, and Rian were standing outside of my bunk concerned. My breathing was heavy because it scared me so much and I couldn't concentrate enough to talk. So I closed my eyes and tried to force myself to calm down. Someone started rubbing my back trying to help. Probably Alex.

"What's wrong?" Alex asked. I had calmed down a bit but still not enough to talk. I just shook my head.

"Skye seriously what's wrong? We can't help you if we don't know what's wrong." Ri said. I took a couple more deep breaths and tried to compose myself.

"I had a dream of the stabbing and it scared the shit outta me." I said, my breathing was almost back to normal, but I was still shaking. I was still pretty shaken up about the stabbing even though I tried not to show it for the guys' sake.

"I'm sorry. You want some water?" Alex asked. I nodded; I always wanted water after a bad dream. I don't know why, but it always made me feel better.

"Scoot over." Jack said and climbed in my bunk next to me and put an arm around me.

"Here." Alex said handing me a glass of water. I gladly took it and started sipping it.

"Was it just the memory of it, or was it changed?" Ri asked.

"Instead of Zack being stabbed, it was Alex." I said flatly looking at Alex. I really didn't want to go into detail of seeing my brother get stabbed in my dream. I just wanted to forget.

"Well I'm fine, it was just a dream." Alex reassured me.

"I know, but it was still scary." I said. I felt like a little kid being scared of a dream, but seeing someone close to you get stabbed isn't something fun to have continuously replaying in your head. Especially when a new version is even haunting your dreams.

"Well it's over. Try to go back to sleep okay?" Rian said. I nodded.

"Will you stay with me?" I asked Jack, knowing it would help to have him with me. He looked over at Alex asking permission. Alex gave him the 'you try anything with my sister and I kill you' face.

"Yeah it's fine." Alex said with a nod. I gave him a thank you smile.

"Of course I will." Jack said and smiled at me.

"Get some sleep okay? We gotta go check up on Zack later." Ri said and then went back to his bunk.

"Will you take this to the kitchen for me?" I asked Alex, holding up the empty glass.

"Gosh Someone's needy today!" Alex said jokingly and took the glass out of my hands.

"You love me, you know it!" I said back.

"I'm forced to! You're my sister! Now get some sleep!" He said before walking away to the kitchen. Jack and me got settled so that we could sleep. He was lying on his back, and I was lying on my side with my head on his chest, careful not to hurt his ribs. He had an arm wrapped around me, and I had one of mine draped over his stomach, again being careful not to hurt his ribs.

"You know. I barley even remember anything about it. All I remember was you yelling at me to do something and getting thrown to the ground and hitting my head." Jack said.
