chapter 12

hey guys! i finally finished chapter 12! i know its been awhle but ive been kinda busy. this ones reeeaaalllly long though! but yeah, school starts in like 3 weeks so im gonna try really hard to update as much as possible before then so i dont kep you guys waiting so much! "Goodnight Miami! We love you all! You've been an amazing audience!" Alex yelled when they finished their set. I was backstage watching for the most part except for when I was singing with them. Zack and Ri were the first two back, soon followed by Alex and Jack who were being idiots and throwing their water at the crowd before joining us backstage.

"You guys did amazing!" I said hugging them all. I really did love being on tour with them, it meant I got to hear them play almost every night, and I got to spend more time with them.

Jack threw his arm around my shoulder before saying, "You did really great tonight too!" and smiling at me. I couldn't help but smile back, his smile was like a drug to me, I always craved it.

"You really did! I still think you should consider getting a record deal, we could hook you up you know." Alex said with a slight smirk on his face. He'd been pushing me to get a record deal since I sang with them the first time. At first I said no, but he wouldn't leave me alone about it so I compromised with him and said that after my senior year if he still wanted me to do it id consider it. But for now it was still a no.

"Not until after my senior year, I wanna finish high school first." I reminded him and put my arm around Jack's waist.

"I don't understand why, high school was like living in hell!" Zack said. He was on Alex's side in this whereas Ri and Jack both thought I was making the right decision in finishing high school as a normal person instead of a rockstar even though it could mean not seeing them as much if they decided to go on tour again.

"For you. I actually like it! Ya know besides all the drama crap. But other than that I love it! And it's my senior year, I can't just skip it to go off and do something that'll be waiting for me afterwards." I said trying to explain my reasoning. "Now. Where are we partying?" I said grinning.

"I still can't believe I'm letting you go." Alex sighed. "But were going to a club downtown, soooo let's get to it!" he said and started walking out eager to get some alcohol into his system. I didn't blame him; being on tour was stressful!

I laughed at his eagerness and started following him, Jack right behind me. He grabbed my hand in his, and I swear they fit together perfectly! I was really gonna miss him when we got home and school started again. I wouldn't be able to see him as much. The guys were already working on a new album so that they could tour again as soon as possible. I begged them over and over again not to leave before I got out of school, I wanted them to be there for my senior year even if they weren't at school with me. But I also understood that this was their career and life and that there world didn't revolve around me.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't realize that we had already reached the club and were heading to the front of the line to get in. The benefits of knowing rockstars, I thought and smiled to myself. I was actually surprised that they let me in without questioning seeing as I'm only seventeen and don't look much older, but hey, who was I to question it? The music was so loud I couldn't even hear my own thoughts, or concentrate on anything else but the beat. I could faintly feel Jack pulling me towards the bar so he could get a drink so I followed him figuring I would get one too.

When I got to the bar and went to order my drink Jack looked at me skeptically, basically telling me I probably shouldn't press my luck by drinking. But it wasn't like I was gonna be stupid and get drunk like everyone else did. I just wanted a couple of drinks. So I ignored his look and took a sip of my drink that was now in front of me.
