A/N: I just wanted to thank you Fiona for all of the nice things you've done for me. I don't know of anyone who's stayed up fot three hours to vote and read my stories. It means so much to me, and I was very happy to writ you this one shot. I hope you enjoy it! xx

“Where are we going?” I ask NIall, my boyfriend of one year. I’m hoping it will be longer than that

“It’s a surprise babe. I want our one year anniversary to be special.” He smiles at me as we walk through the airport

“Okay, I trust you.” I sigh and he puts something over my eyes

“What’s this for?” I question as he leads me to somewhere

“I don’t want you finding out where I’m taking you, not just yet.” He laughs and his hands wrap around my waist, leading me

He places me down into what I’m guessing is a seat. I sigh with relief and Niall lets go of me. I start to panic, not wanting him to leave me. Especially since I’m wearing a blindfold

“Fiona,” Niall whispers “I’m right here. Don’t worry.” His fingers intertwine with mine and I calm down a little

The flight to wherever Niall is taking me to wasn’t that bad. A few hours, but at least I got to take the blindfold off after a few minutes

“Why did you let me put the blindfold on even though our flight is for a few hours?” I ask, very confused

“Just thought it would be funny.” He shrugs and I groan, pushing his chest playfully

“You’re so mean to me Niall.” I pout and he looks over at me

“I know I am, but you love me.” He smiles down at me and I smile back

“I do. Have been for a year. It will never stop.” I beam up at him, kissing his lips

I pull away grinning. “How long is our flight exactly?” I ask, getting very curious now

“Just a few hours.” He says, not answering my question

“Okay.” I sigh, giving up

Once the pilot says that we’re ten minutes away from our destination, Niall grabs the blindfold and puts it around my eyes again

“Ugh really?” I groan and I start to get angry

“Trust me Fiona, it’s going to be worth it.” Niall says as the plane lands

Niall grabs me by the waist, leading me out of the plane and into the airport. I notice people are talking in a different accent. Niall must’ve grabbed our bags because his arms aren’t around me anymore

“Ready babe? We’re heading to the car.” Niall says, grabbing my wrist

I nod and he leads me inside the vehicle, taking the blindfold off my now hurting eyes

“Why do you keep-” I was cut off by seeing the beautiful scenery of paris. He took me to Paris. I’ve always wanted to come here since I was a little kid

“Niall, it’s beautiful. Thank you for taking me here.” I hug and kiss him, showing my thanks

“It’s no problem at all Fiona, I know you’ve always wanted to come here, I thought it would be a nice break.” I smile and start to tear up, I have the best boyfriend ever

The car stops at a busy street. I look up and see the Eiffel Tower shining bright in the night sky

“Wow.” I breathe out, amazed. Niall takes my hand and we walk up to the tower, going up the elevator to a level

“What are we doing up here?” I question him

“You’ll see my darling.” Niall says, laughing slightly

The elevator door opens, revealing a beautiful sight of all that Paris has to offer. I smile once i see a candlelit dinner for two in the middle of the level

“This is so beautiful.” I marvel at everything

“It is. But I know someone more beautiful than anything here.” He bites his lip and looks at me

I blush and turn to him, kissing his cheek. Niall leads me to the table where he pulls out my chair for me, then taking the seat across from me

I smile and look down at my plate of food, then up at my perfect boyfriend

“Happy one year anniversary Fiona.” Niall smiles and holds his glass up

“Happy anniversary Niall. I love you.” I hold my glass up as well, clanking them together, happier than any person can be
