I sigh as I look at all of the other kids talking about Halloween, while I will probably sitting alone with the Paranormal Activity trilogy
“Cass?” My friend Sierra asks
“Huh?” I pull out of my daze
“What are you doing tomorrow?”
“You should totally go trick or treating with me, my little brother and sister so I’m not alone” She suggests
“I guess so. But I don’t have a costume” I sigh
“I’ll give you something” She grins
*Halloween*
“What about this one?” I look at a fairy costume
“I don’t think so” I shrug
“I’ll wear that then” She laughs
“Okay. What about being Cinderella” She picks up the dress
“I didn’t know Cinderella wore that short of a dress” I reply
“Just wear it!” She tosses it at me
“Oh, and my sister is picking up her friend. We have to go to her house first”
“Okay” I answer
“Come on! You look fine!” Sierra reassures me as I attempt to flatten the dress
“I think you look pretty” Sierra’s sister says as she swings her Red Riding Hood basket around
“I look so cool!” Her brother looks at his green face
“Shut up Hulk!” She groans annoyingly
“Hi Sierra” I see a very handsome boy appear from the door
“Hi Louis. I see your changing it up this year” Sierra laughs at his Prince Charming costume
“Blame my sister. She insisted that I get this costume” He laughs back
“This is my friend Cassie”
“Hello love” He smiles
“Hi” I answer
“Jessie! Get down here!” He yells
I see a little girl appear from the hallway. Looking adorable as Belle
“Let’s go!” They run off
“Ugh! Sammie, Jessie, James! Stop!” Sierra chases after them
I walk with Louis awkwardly up to the next house
“Trick or treat!” The kids yell
“So cute! I can see we have a couple? Very adorable!” I look at Louis
“I didn’t even notice” I giggle
“I did” He winks
I can feel the blood rush to my cheeks, probably making my face turn red
We get to a haunted house. The kids run inside “You get them. I’m tired” Sierra shoos me and Louis in
I get next to him and I grab his arm
“You scared Cassie?” He asks worriedly
“Me. Scared. Psh, never” I say as a man in a zombie mask jumps out at me
“Ahh!” I scream and run away
I keep running and I see a scary clown face coming at me. I make way for the door and I see the kids waiting, jumping up and down in the distance
I whimper and I feel two hands on my waist. I jump and I see Louis
“I’m sorry I scared you” He looks at me
“I’m glad it was you” I calm down
He looks at me, then leans against my lips. I can feel his body radiate off mine. I smile as he kisses me
“Ugh! Gross!” The kids gag
We both pull away laughing
