She barks and runs around "Okay, I know it's time for your walk" I laugh

Pepper has been acting really weird. She has been barking non stop, eating everything. She always runs outside and doesn’t come back for a few hours. Dogs...

I get on my yoga pants and my running shoes and walk downstairs. I grab a water bottle and an apple, picking up Peppers leash. I see a note on the key ring from my roommate Maddie

I’m going to spend the weekend at Mark’s house. I put a list of groceries on the fridge. You can always order out if you don’t want to cook. I love you xx

I laugh at her love for her boyfriend and beginning my sprint down the street

I plug my ear buds in and play my 'exercise' playlist

The song 'We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together' By Taylor Swift blasts into my ears, I smile and continue my jog

I really wish I had a boyfriend. I have had relationships in the past, but they’ve never worked out. I always go to fast. Which is always a bad choice on my part

About twenty minutes later, my shoe is untied

"Pepper! Heel!" I tell her. She stops and sits on the ground, patiently waiting

I tie my shoe and look up. Pepper is missing

"Oh god. Pepper!" I yell

People look at me funny as I sprint down the sand, trying to find my dog

"Pepper!" I yell again

I run by a group of really cute guys. They were also shirtless

I pull out my headphones as I eye them

“Um, Hi. Did you just see a Dalmatian run by here?” I ask quickly

“Yes we did love. I think it ran that way” One of them comments

“Okay...” I trail off

“Thank you” I smile and start to run away

I feel a hand on my wrist

“I’d love to help you find it” The blonde one comments

“Okay. Sure” I smile

“I’ll be back soon guys” He comments as he pulls a shirt on his sculpted chest

I bite my lip as we walk foreward

“What’s your name love?” He asks me

“I’m Asha” I smile and extend my hand out

“Niall” He smiles back. Wow, he has beautiful eyes

“I forgot to ask, what’s your dog’s name?” Niall blushes

“Oh, her name’s Pepper”

“She has been acting really weird lately, so I have to do this a lot ” We walk around, looking for her

“This isn’t working!” I huff in defeat and look at the dark sky

I look at the clock on my phone, it’s already 10pm

“I guess we should just call it a night” I sigh

He holds my hand “No! I really would love to help you find your dog”

“Okay. Well, maybe she’ll go back home. If not. We can go back out later”

“Good idea” He comments, I giggle

We walk up to the doorstep. I open the door and let him in

“Take a seat” I smile and eye the kitchen table

“Alright” He shuffles to the seat and happily waits for me as the tea pot boils

I pour the hot tea into the cups, carefully walking to the table

“Thank you” He grins

“Your welcome” I smile back

“I’m sorry about your dog” He breaks the silence

“Oh. I completely forgot. I guess she is-”

I hear barking coming from outside

Niall and I run out the door to see Pepper running around with a boy Dalmatian. I see a few little puppies running next to them

“What!?” I gasp

Niall laughs “That’s why she was gone all the time”

“I guess so” I sigh

Niall walks over to one of the puppies and picks it up

“Pepper!” I yell and she runs over

I look at her “I guess I should tell Maddie that we’re going to have some guests” I laugh

“Thank you for helping me Niall” I smile and kiss his cheek

“I actually wanted to spend the day with you. So I didn’t mind helping me” He blushes

“Aw! I like you Niall” I smile and look into his eyes

“Perfect. So you wouldn’t mind if I did this?”

“What?” I ask

He cuts me off by kissing me. The dogs start barking

I sigh “They’re going to be a handful”
